[Enterprise license] AI credits

Hello,

 

I have an enterprise plan and a designer that is at the max of her credits. There is no way for me as an admin to give her more. Since the message states that credit limits are not strictly enforced, is there a way around this?

Hi ​@Jeroen_Bennink, thanks for reaching out! 

Depending on her seat type, credits reset automatically.

  • Full, Collab, and Dev seats: Reset monthly
  • View seats and Starter plan: Reset monthly, but also have a daily limit

 

After hitting her daily limit, she can resume use of her remaining credits the next day.

If she reaches her monthly limit, her credits will refresh on your next monthly reset date.


You can see how many credits you have left and when your credits refresh from the AI balance option in the Figma menu.

@djv She has a full seat so 4250 credits a month. But since they are not being enforced yet, is there a way to reset this earlier? As I understand it this period is used to assess how many additional credits our org would need. Making it unavailable for the rest of the period (23 days remaining) is not acceptable with either a way to buy more or have it reset.

There is no way to manually reset the monthly credit limit earlier. Since credit limits aren’t being strictly enforced for Full seats, she will automatically be able to use more credits again the next day.
