Hi,I need a cancellation and refund of my Figma Config 2026 ticket. I have raised tickets and haven’t got any response. It’s already been 15days. This process shouldn’t be this hard.Latest case number 1886785 Please help.Thanks.
my computer keeps crashing when I try to go on preview in figma design, my screen would go fully black twice then kick me out of my app that I'm trying to make. Then says this in the pic after it kicks me out and when I try to get back in. the only way I can get back in, is to go to the page of my app and hit “open in editor”.why is it doing that???I've tried clearing my cache and shutting down and restarting my computer but it doesn't work.
Hi everyone,I had this same mistake once before, and the support team kindly helped me with a refund — I'm truly grateful for that.Unfortunately, our team ran into the same issue again recently: we just needed to add one seat to our existing team, but during the process, we accidentally purchased a new standalone plan instead. To be clear, we have already properly added the seat to our team — we just ended up with an extra standalone plan that we don't need.I emailed Figma Support last Friday (May 16) around 6pm Beijing time to explain the situation, but I haven't received any reply yet, so I'm reaching out to the community for help.Would it be possible to cancel and refund the mistakenly purchased standalone plan? We are more than happy to pay for the correct seat — we just don't want to waste money on something we don't need.Thank you so much for your understanding and help!
When you drag a screenshot into the canvas, the display resolution is not taken into account. For example, if a screenshot from an iPhone 17 Pro (1206 × 2622) is dragged and dropped into the canvas, it is inserted at a size of 603 × 1311 (i.e., half the actual size). However, iPhone screenshots have a resolution of 144 × 144, or @3x. Accordingly, the screenshot size should be 402 × 874 (i.e., ⅓ of the actual size) when imported into the canvas.
Subject: Urgent Account Suspension Appeal & File Recovery Request -(redacted by the moderator due to PII)Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to urgently appeal the suspension of my Figma account (redacted by the moderator due to PII)This is my primary, day-to-day working account, and all of my ongoing design projects and critical files are stored within it. Today, I was suddenly locked out of my account with a notification stating it has been suspended. I received no prior warning or explanation regarding this action. To give you some context: because my project requirements expanded, I needed to upgrade to the Pro plan. Since I do not possess a credit card capable of international payments, I unfortunately resorted to a third-party service provider to handle the subscription payment for one month. I now realize this may have inadvertently violated Figma’s Terms of Service regarding unauthorized payment methods. I sincerely apologize for this oversight, as it was never my intention
Hi, I’m looking to get a purchasing agreement in place. Our organization requires a PO for software orders and we’re not allowed to use a credit card. The sales and contact form has been really help as no one has responded. How do I get a hold of someone to talk about this? Is there a number I can call? Thanks!
I recently used Google Sheet Plugin to update the data in Figma. Unfortunately, only when I hit Sync, the data sync happens. When the other team member (with edit access) attempts to sync, the data doesn’t sync in the artboard (but they can able to see the data in plugin). Why is this happening and how I can able to overcome this - where all editors can able to sync it.
I can convert a specific button to HTML/CSS.
In March, I had a collaborator request access to one of our files and I didn’t know at the time, but by granting this access I was charged a full seat for them which was not needed or used from my understanding. Today, I needed to get a new team member a full seat. Right after purchasing the new seat I looked through our billing and realized I had already been charged for a seat unintentionally back in March. I need a refund so I don’t have a fifth full seat that won’t be used. Thanks!
Context & The Bug: I am experiencing a persistent engine bug with Interactive Components. Under random, untraceable conditions during regular design work, the Mouse down trigger permanently corrupts on a specific Master Component.Instead of holding the [Pressed state] while the mouse button is physically held down, the component flashes the [Pressed state] and immediately reverts back to the [Default state]. It effectively degrades into an On click behavior, ignoring the continuous Mouse down input.Important - What I have already ruled out: Please do not advise checking layer names or parent interactions, as I have already completely isolated the issue: NO Parent Interceptions: The bug persists even when the instance is placed on a completely empty canvas with no parent frames or conflicting interactions. NO Layer Mismatches: The layer hierarchy and naming are identical. NO Hidden Triggers: There are no rogue Mouse leave or After delay interactions forcing a reset. Proof of eng
We’re trying to connect Figma’s official remote MCP server to AWS Bedrock AgentCore Gateway for an internal enterprise AI workflow. We can discover the MCP/OAuth metadata correctly, but dynamic client registration to https://api.figma.com/v1/oauth/mcp/register returns 403 Forbidden, and existing Figma PAT/service-token auth is rejected by https://mcp.figma.com/mcp because it requires the mcp:connect OAuth scope. Our use case is not a public MCP client or IDE plugin. It is a secured internal gateway that already handles Auth0 user authentication and routes to Jira, GitHub, Lucid, and Figma tools. We would like to use the official Figma MCP instead of maintaining a REST-based workaround. Is there a supported path for enterprise/internal AgentCore gateways to obtain an approved mcp:connect OAuth client, or to register an internal/private MCP client that is not listed publicly in the Figma MCP Catalog?
Hi, I have filed several tickets over the past month regarding my Config ticket refund and has never heard back from customer services. My latest case number is 1886299, can I please get help on this refund as I am no longer able to attend Config. Thanks!
No one is responding to me to help me cancel my config ticket. What do I do? I am only getting chat bots. Need a refund! This should not be so hard
Hi everyone,My monthly Professional plan auto-renewed today (May 18, 2026) and I was charged $50.16 for 2 Full seats, but I only intended to keep 1 paid seat. The second seat belongs to a teammate I didn't plan to renew for this cycle.A few details:- Invoice number: NGW3F59R-0004- Billing period: May 18 – June 18, 2026- The charge was processed today, so the new cycle has only just started- I'm removing the extra seat from my plan now, so it won't be used at all during this periodI know Figma's policy is that subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but since the charge happened literally today and the seat will have zero usage on this cycle, I'm hoping a refund (or at minimum a credit toward the next invoice) is possible.Has anyone been in a similar situation? And could a support team member please take a look at my account?
Hi I am not able to open a 960 MB figma file in my mac figam desktop app . How do I fix this. Can I please contact a sales support team
I’m opening this ticket because the Figma AI feature for renaming layers is not working. The issue has been happening for at least one week. When I click on the feature, a loader appears, and after a few moments the following error message is displayed: “Something went wrong. Please try again.”Platform and version: I’m on macOS 26.5 using the Figma Desktop App version 126.3.12 but happen also on Safari and Chrome. Scope: This happen across all files. Restart: I’ve tried restarting the App, the Mac, turned off iCloud Private Relay and Tailscale VPN. Nothing changed. Timeline: at least one week. Error messages: “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I also checked the inspector with cmd+option+i and noticed the following error in the console:POST https://www.figma.com/api/cortex/design/editor_ai/rename_layers 403 (Forbidden) Could you please look into this?
I have a confetti animation created using interactive components with 66 sequential frames connected using a 1 ms delay. It works fine until I trigger an Open overlay / Close overlay animation on the same screen. The confetti pauses until the overlay animation finishes. Is there any workaround to keep both animations running simultaneously in the prototype?
I need to give dev mode access to some of our vendor but I’m not allowed to.Attached is the message I see.
I’ve got a pretty simple component with five variants (essentially an icon that changes color), and each one is set on-click to change to the next one (A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E, E to A).But for some reason, actually clicking in the prototype, it seems to get stuck on the third variant, and toggles back to the second instead of going to the fourth. I’ve tried deleting the interaction and recreating it and the same thing happens.Anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
I accidentally grant full seat for a teammate that im not want to assign 15 minutes ago and I have un-assign that seat already, Another thing that I have billed for 2 full seats but I have bought an annual full seat for my account already, so basicaly that I will need to refund off 2 seatS.So could you kindly support me on this subject with many thanks! Invoice ID: in_1TXCzqIvcqWR3dFD9HhW7tXfdont know why it charged me for 2 seats
I’m working with Figma Variables and trying to understand how variable references behave across collections and modes.I currently have two variable collections:Tier 2 (semantic tokens) Tier 3 (component-specific tokens)Both collections have two variable modes/themes:Mode 1 (default) Mode 2Here’s my issue:Inside the Tier 3 collection, I want to reference a variable from the Tier 2 collection — but specifically the value from Mode 2, not the default mode. However, when I create a reference in Tier 3 to a Tier 2 variable, Figma seems to only reference/show the default mode value from Tier 2.My questions are:Is it possible to explicitly reference a specific mode from another collection? If mode-to-mode mapping is required, what is the correct setup to ensure Tier 3 Mode 2 pulls from Tier 2 Mode 2?
I’m updating a shared design library to add slots. I previously had placeholder “slots” that I’m now replacing with the new/actual slots feature. When I replace the placeholder with a slot, the publishing menu is not triggering a change to enable me to publish the library updates.I’ve tried changing other parts of the same component to trigger a change (e.g., add new lines of text, change font size/weight), but nothing seems to trigger a change. I made updates to another component in the library and it did trigger a change, however, my previous changes are not reflected in this update, so I still cannot publish the slot changes I made (which is my goal). I’ve tried reloading tabs multiple times as well, but nada.See video for more context:
File name: Design LMS WireframeWorkspace/team: 곽시윤's teamAround 1:40 PM today, I restored/viewed an older version (~v23).Before that, version 77 correctly showed my latest work. After the restore event, all versions from v60–v79 now display the same outdated canvas state.I carefully checked the visible version history and could not find any separate autosave checkpoints in the UI.This appears to be a version history/snapshot reference issue. Is there any way to recover the pre-restore checkpoint or autosave state server-side?
When I first load my presentation into presenter mode on figma slides, and I transistion from one slide to the next there is what seems like a 3 second delay on one of my smart animations, but if after this bug happens, I move back a slide and try again, there is no delay and it work perfectly!I really can not have this delay happen while presenting on stage! If you need a video I can submit one.
So I’m using Figma Make to develop an app, have been working on it for months now and everything has been going really well so far. I was backing up to Github and then pushing to Vercel to deploy to my app, was great, everything working smoothly, I had testers working on it and surprised at how it was running so well. That was until the 22nd April (Sydney time) Figma Make decided to move all my files from the /src/ folder to a brand now /src/app/ folder without any notice and my deployments started breaking. It took me a while, but comparing github commits and noticing there was a huge file list in one of them being moved, I finally figured out the root cause of the problem. In the meantime I had tried to get Figma Make to move everything back, but the root cause of the problem was that Figma Make, no matter what work was done on the entrypoints and other import paths, etc, was ALWAYS pointing to the new structure of /src/app/.I considered starting from scratch and had my previous commi
