What happened to select matching layers?

Oh, there it is! i have been on vacation for too long :D

Hello, kind of deviating from the topic, but it seems that my shortcut for Select Matching Layers is not working.

I did reset Figma and tested other shortcuts like Select Inverse (it even shows the animation with the keyboard layout tab open), but it won’t work.

The option in the menu still works, though, but the shortcut doesn’t. Any suggestions?

Edit: Sometimes some apps “reserve” certain shortcuts. In my case, Evernote was hijacking Ctrl + Alt + A for a specific action. Once I closed Evernote, the problem was gone.

Hi, I still have the select matching layers button but it doesn’t seem to be working… It always tells me that there are no matching layers even though there are!
 

 I have several check icons, with the same name, in different frames, within a same auto-layout parent

I believe that’s the cause of my issue because when I take the check icons out of the parent, and put them on my artboard background (out of any other frame), it works. If this is normal, I don’t see the point of the tool if we cannot use it on items that are already in frames within our prototype! It used to be so convenient, and now it seems to be useful only in a very few rare instances.

Can anybody confirm if this is normal? Thank you.

Until last week there was a multi-select arrow icon made up of two arrows in this area instead of the “select matching layers” button. Now its gone, so I don’t have a screenshot, it was a great tool! Please bring it back. The matching layers button never works :(
