Hi, I’m really new in using figma. Usually our company are using adobe XD, then we plan to change to figma. Both of us don’t expose too much with figma, especially frame and rectangle. What is the different between them? Is using frame for everything such as button, card, etc is following the industry standard? Is that so, it’ll be the frame on the frame right, since it’s different from XD that use artboards is specific for the website layout.  Also, anything do I need to know else about figma?

I canceled my subscription over a month ago, and you still charged me.You are literally stealing my money. I was thrilled with your services, but you are literally taking my money, and because of you, I couldn't make a payment. You opened a "case" for me, but you don't even respond to my emails or tell me the reason; you just close them without giving me an answer, and you don't send me a confirmation email either.If it had been my mistake, I wouldn’t say anything, but I canceled my subscription, and you just boast that “we don’t issue refunds” when you’re literally stealing—because I’m not the only one this has happened to. 

I frequently encounter conflicts like this when merging branches. Anyone know where they come from? There is no useful info here to figure out what it is.For context, this is a branch in the Components file. I guess the cause from changes in the Foundation file that are linked to Components, but I'm not sure.

I have been able to publish my Figma Make Kit somewhat successfully once, but now when I go to update it I get an error about Syntax in Main.tsx (Screenshot below). There are no syntax errors that the agent can find and there is no Main.tsx in the files.  The Figma Make agent says, “the validator's error message names a file that isn't in your source tree.The system prompt for this environment also notes that the real entrypoint is __figma__entrypoint__.ts, auto-generated at runtime. I am finding a pain point, ux frustration when adding annotations. I’ll write out the annotation, change the tag, hit the return key and it all disappears. I’ve lost my annotation and can’t seem to bring it back. When really, I would expect to be able to hit return to save regardless if i just added the annotation instruction or changing the annotation tag.

Tried to contact figma for that but no response .. also I read this is very common mistake with no additional confirmation that needs figma to add extra security before proceeding.

Hi Since April 2026 I am not using figma, but I forgot to remove my professional seat and received an reminder that it would renew june 8, I went there and removed the seat, but it renewed anyway, I am asking for a refund since I don't need to use it anymore, and I didn’t use it in May. Thank you!

Hi Figma Team,I am experiencing a persistent WebGL crash ("An error occurred...") when working with videos inside Figma Slides on the Windows 11 Desktop App. I have been dealing with this issue for over a month now, and it is severely disrupting my daily workflow. The crash occurs even with very small, highly optimized video files and persists after a clean cache reinstall.I am attaching three screenshots to this report: the initial WebGL error dialog, and a "before" and "after" comparison showing the canvas degradation after switching workspace views.Bug Description:The canvas completely breaks when interacting with an MP4 video or switching workspace modes. The slide ends up looking completely "empty" or invisible. I have this prototype issue that I’m facing when I interact with an interactive Button component I’ve created and placed inside another component that uses Figma Slot.To provide some context, I’ve used slots in the component when the Accordion component is in its expanded state to provide flexibility when designing its contents.In a design that I’ve made, I’ve placed an interactive Button component inside the Accordion component’s slot. When I place this accordion component in a new component (I call it a design template), the Button’s states (Hovered, Pressed state) breaks, resetting it to the default state when hovering or pressing it in Prototype view.If I place just the Accordion component somewhere else outside the design template component, the Button’s states interaction works just fine in the Prototype view.I’ve attached a video of the issue that im facing.

I use the New York Times app. Stories often use a scrolling technique that displays text as the user scrolls down. Continued scrolling will display a map or some data related to the story. It’s a very engaging way to get the news highlights before reading the full article. I think it’s called scrolly telling.Is there a Figma tutorial on this technique? Hi, I need to transfer over a design for a Klaviyo email flow from figma to Klaviyo...it is a copy and paste situtaion? I’m very new to this so any advice would be great. The simplest way of transferring over the info would be great!
