Research Participant Program: incentive not received for Sept 18 survey

Hi Figma Research team,

I took part in a Figma research survey on September 18 (invited by email through RallyUXR). Incentives from previous Figma studies have usually reached me within about 3 days, but it's been 12 days and nothing has arrived. I've checked spam and promotions for any Tremendous email.

The invite came from a no-reply address, so I couldn't respond to it. Figma Support told me to contact RallyUXR, but as far as I understand, Rally is just the tool Figma uses, and only the researcher who owns the study can send or resend the incentive from their workspace.

Could someone from the research team check my participant status on that study and resend the redeem link if needed? I'm happy to share my invite email and the study name privately.

    I’ve checked internally with your Figma email account kxxx4@gxxxl.xxm,  and our research team confirmed that you completed the survey on September 18 and that they sent your incentive a few days later through BHN Rybbon.

    Please search your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for “BHN” or “Rybbon,” as this incentive was sent through that platform rather than Tremendous.

    If you still can’t find the email, let us know so we can follow up with the research team, thank you!

    I’d probably follow up directly with the Figma Research team as well, especially since you’ve already checked spam and contacted support. If the incentive is tied to the specific study rather than general Figma support, someone on the research side should be able to see whether your participation was recorded correctly. Hopefully they can resend the link without making you go through the whole process again.
