Bug Report:I’m unable to sync Figma Make updates. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for the past five days, but the updates are still not syncing. 

Is this a bug? or is it my file? I never encounter something like this…. see screen record, when I resize it, the width start going loco

Usually when I do quick mockup-designs, I tend to select multiple layers → hit enter to get to a child-layer → and press tab or shift+tab to make a specific multi-select of many layers (for example changing the opacity of a group within a card without affecting the rest of the card).Now, whenever I select multiple layers, hit enter and start tabbing - it just selects the first child of the last item in my selection, and deselects all other selections.Is this a purposeful change or a bug? I reloaded the tab, and restarted the program - issue persists.

How fair it is to do so? -- i got reply after 3 days on [Request 1744900 ] & that too very formal answer on 13th & i have replied immediately and till now - 18th Feb 2027 i didnt heard from the customer care. How fair it is deal with customer with such as irresponsible way. when our money is deducted unnecessarily without using it.I am just need support to unsubscribe my account. Please somebody take it seriously.

Recently I’m having increasing issues when trying to add smart-animate hover states to buttons, panels etc.Instead of a smooth transitions, the background of the item is flashing at 100% opacity for a split second.It’s impossible to present work when it does this. It’s affected interactions that had been working perfectly fine before.

 Trying to create hamburger menu that opens a popup menu in Figma Sites, nothing works. please help!

I had figma free education plan which i applied for now they emailed me to re-verify by september 29 or I'll lose those pro features now I joined figma recently a month back i have re-applied for verification but they say i have exceeded limit for verification or availed this offer. I have no clue how to solve this i have contacted Sheer Id support team too.

Hello, I'm reporting a persistent bug in Figma.Issue: Unable to publish prototype updates via the Preview tab. Error Message: 'Something went wrong, reload and try again' (in red). Start Time: Jan 27, 2026Troubleshooting steps I've already taken: Refreshed the page; Switched browsers and used Incognito mode; Restarted both the app and the computer; Duplicated the file and attempted to publish (the error happens in the new file as well). Please let me know if you need any logs.

Want to setup a subdomain for example “brand.mysite.com” Despite Figma saying this is possible we would need an A record in order to do this, however there is no A record?

Hi everyone,I used to copy an image (Ctrl+C from browser or local folder) and then paste it (Ctrl+V) directly into an image component in Figma - like for cards or avatar images - and it would automatically replace the image.But recently, this no longer works. When I try pasting, nothing happens. Now Figma only shows options like “Upload from computer” or “Make an image” (screenshot attached).I’m wondering: is this a recent change or bug in Figma?Is there still a way to paste an image directly into a component without having to upload it manually?Thanks in advance!  

Hi all, yesterday my developers noticed weird behavior of fonts. Basically they opened design we agreed upon and noticed all text styles are changed to bold ones. I never saw this in the input field of Typography, maybe some of you did already.I got there this option to reapply text style. I didn’t do anything to the library / text styles, no one else from the team as well. I was able to see the change as I was going through version history and I was able to restore the correct version where fonts were okay. Hello Team, I see my account is for free with email address - [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I have been deleted my account long back. Still i was charged, i have reenrolled to this account. i see it as free subscription now. I am blocked to cancel the subscription. Please assist. But i was charged on 7th Feb 2027, I felt really bad that i was charged for which i didnt use.  But now, atleast i want to block this subscription charges going forward. Can somebody provide real solution. I dont see cancel subscription option as it is free now. Or confirm me that i wont be charged as it is free.

Both the desktop app and the browser have been showing this error for the past 5 days, and I’ve tried almost everything: clearing the cache, reinstalling the browser, disabling extensions, switching to another device (iPad), and using a mobile hotspot. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I found a UI bug where the notification pop-up is overflowing outside the viewport. The panel exceeds the screen height instead of staying within the modal container.

I have used 3 different libraries in my page and have kept everything updated. The components I used in my work files are auto updating and somehow changing schemas and sizes without me or my team touching them. I am not able to track these as well on what has changed. Some frames which are marked for dev have changes as well and we dont have any notice or indication of this. Am I going wrong somewhere or is this a bug from figma?I looked at the history and I dont see any one touching anything. 

I’m currently trying to verify my student status for the Figma Education plan, but I’ve been unable to complete the verification process.I have already uploaded the required documentation, including: My Student ID Enrollment Verification Tuition Receipts I reached out to SheerID for assistance, but my support tickets keep getting closed automatically without any explanation or resolution. I am a student currently attending ASU as an undergraduate studying Computer Science. For an assignment for one of my classes, I needed to create a figma account using my ASU email which I have done and am using right now. However, I also need to get the “free for students and professors” plan as specified in the assignment description for my class, but when trying to verify my student status with uploaded documents I keep getting rejected. I have submitted pictures of my class schedule, ASU profile, major map, and my student ID. I am unsure what to do and need assistance getting verified asap. Thank you so much in advance.

I’ve got verification of educational account, however, I cannot upgrade my team. when I try to upgrade my team through pressing the plan changing button it does not show the educational plan option. Can the support team help check the verification status of my account?

Assume you have a component that uses variables for internal spacing (say, to define gaps between objects in an auto layout).If you scale an instance of that component (e.g. with the K command), the scaling works correctly visually but the variable does not “detach” and acts as if it’s still a valid defined variable-driven value vs just a reset scaled value.Here is a component instance that uses a spacing variable named ds-spacing/400, which has a predefined value of 16 for a gap value in an auto layout:When I scale the component larger, (1) the numeric gap value scales up as expected, but (2) the gap value still appears as if it’s a variable in a white box with an outline (or gray box if it’s selected). This happens even though the size no longer maps to the design system value of ds-spacing/400.

It doesn’t matter which date you enter, it adds zero at the beginning (i didn’t put this zero):  

Why does the slice tool move everything out of the way instead of sitting on top of what you want to slice? It does this even if I’m on the top frame. Coming from adobe I’m completely lost as to why this functions like this. The goal here is to get half of a section exported. Is there another way to do this?
