I just purchased an additional 2,000 credits, and they are already gone. There is no way I used that many credits in just few hours.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I cannot see my current credit balance, review my usage history, or track my payments. I have no clear way to manage my credits or understand how many credits individual requests consume.

I am spending a significant amount of time and money on this platform, and this lack of transparency is creating a very poor experience. At this point, I feel like I am being ripped off because I have no way to verify where my credits are going or whether the charges are accurate.

Please provide a detailed history of my credit usage and payments, including the dates, amounts purchased, credits consumed, and the requests or actions responsible for those charges. I need this information to understand and verify how my credits were used.

I would also appreciate an explanation of why my additional 2,000 credits appear to have been depleted so quickly and what options are available to resolve any discrepancies. I expect a transparent accounting of my purchases and usage so I can understand what I am paying for.
