Technical Glitch: 1,900 AI Credits Missing on Education Plan

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am writing to report a bug with my AI credits on my Figma Education account.

Three days ago, my account showed 1,900 AI credits remaining. I did use Figma and run AI prompts but it should be like 50 credit used then next day i was trying to do AI prompts it did not work. However, when I opened my account today to design, my balance dropped to 0 credits automatically.

I do not have a screenshot of my past prompts as the canvas was cleared, but I have not used any tools that should have emptied my balance. Could you please look at my account's backend usage logs, investigate this glitch, and restore my missing 1,900 credits?
