Request for an Alternative Payment Method for Figma Research Program Rewards in pakistan

Figma Team,

First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in the Figma Research Program and for providing a reward for my contribution.

However, I am facing a serious issue with the reward card. Although the card appears to activate in my wallet app, I cannot use it for purchases in Pakistan. It does not work reliably for local or online payments, and despite the Apple Wallet support information, I am also unable to add it successfully to Apple Wallet.

Unfortunately, this makes the reward practically useless for participants living in Pakistan. Receiving a reward that cannot be spent is disappointing, especially after taking the time to contribute to Figma's research program.

I kindly request that Figma consider providing an alternative payment method, such as a direct bank transfer, Payoneer, or another payment option that works fully in Pakistan. Alternatively, please consider working with a payment provider that supports Pakistani users and allows them to use their rewards without restrictions.

I genuinely appreciate Figma's efforts to involve designers in its research programs. I hope the team will consider this issue and introduce a more accessible and practical payment solution for participants in Pakistan and other unsupported regions.
