I’m running into a serious issue after upgrading my Figma account and hoping someone from Figma can help.What happened I upgraded my account from Starter → Professional I’ve always used the same email After upgrading, several files that I personally created are no longer visible Current behavior The files: do NOT appear in Search do NOT appear in Drafts do NOT appear under All teams The only way I can find them is through old browser history links When I open the direct link, I see a “Request access” screen — for files I originally owned and created myself Important detail I did not change emails

,I accidentally changed it to design mode and develop mode and in less than 5 minutes, I changed it to collab mode. It doesn't make sense to spend 5 minutes and charge both. Please give me a refund.

I want to request a review of AI credits used during repeated troubleshooting on my project. I ran into the same tab navigation issue multiple times, and each time I was given several different “fixed” responses that did not resolve the problem. In these attempts, the assistant repeatedly identified different causes, said the issue was corrected, and had me retry, but the tabs still did not work. The working solution only came after I said I was frustrated and felt my credits were being wasted, at which point the assistant switched to the simplest direct onclick approach and it finally worked. This was not isolated to one incident; the same pattern happened multiple times where adding to the database broke other functionality and led to extended back-and-forth troubleshooting that consumed additional credits.

We’re using variables for all font styles with Red Hat Text and noticed an issue with font weight, “Medium” particularly. When we double click and edit a text field, the font weight visually changes, but it still shows as “medium” in Figma. This doesn’t only happen to my file but everyone else shared the same set design system in our organization.I’m not sure if this is due to the installed font or a figma display issue. In the screenshot, “Gross sales” shows the updated (incorrect) appearance after editing, while “Deposit amount” reflects the original expected style.Does anyone has the same issue or has any idea why this happen? Thank you.  

What kind of customer service is this? We were using Figma for the corporate for a long time. Once we cancel the subscription, we lost all this information and access to previous bills. We submitted a request, but they were no feedback for a week what so ever. This is so unprofessional. No options to contact an operator! Left to speak with a useless bot. Worst experience ever.

I submitted a plugin (Layer Batch) for review over a month ago and haven’t gotten any updates or feedback. I understand that you’re seeing a high volume of submission but 30+ days is very different than the “promised” 5-10 days during submission.  I submitted my Figma plugin for review a little over 2 weeks ago, and it's still in the "In Review" state without any updates so far.I’ve seen some mentions that reviews can take longer recently due to backlog, but I wanted to check with others here: Is 2–3+ weeks currently considered normal? How long did your plugin approval take recently? Did anyone experience delays longer than this? Hello! I just tried the FREE version today, and spent over 30 minutes with Chat Support to no avail, with trying to help me figure out why I’m unable to save my image. The only options were Make, Web Page, or HTML. Finally ended submitting a Bug Report, after she asked me to upload an image that was already uploaded. I’m a content creator, and most recently built a website, and plan to build more, but I cannot afford to have my time wasted. I was considering upgrading, if I liked it, but so far, I’m not impressed.

No feedback, no rejection, no requests for changes — just silence.I understand review times can vary and that the team is working through a high volume of submissions. I’m currently unable to upload any videos to my Figma files. Whenever I try, I receive the messages: “Error uploading video, please try again” followed by “An invalid video was removed.”This issue started suddenly and affects all video uploads. I’ve tested different files and even tried using an incognito browser window, but the problem persists.Interestingly, I created a separate account and video uploads work there without any issues, which suggests the problem may be specific to my main account.Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how to fix it?Thank you.

The image on Friday Night page, April 24th card shows in fimga but not on published site. this is a new issue that i’m only beggining experiencing now. never experienced any issues with images up until now. Figma make advises to create a frame, import an image, and then import that asset into figma make by clicking a button “import from figma” that doesn’t exist anywhere. can you please help.

I can’t see the button to make design edition manually. I made a Figma reset due to it wasn’t working correctly and now the button is missing.

I’ve tried multiple times to verify my student account, but each attempt says I’ve exceeded the limit for the student plan. When I return to previous verification links, they show as expired and prompt me to start over. I have been trying for months to complete the student account verification process, but each attempt says that I have exceeded the limit for the student plan.
