Solved

The project has been lost.

Hello Figma Support Team,

On October 19, 2026, I tried to open Figma to continue working on my project. However, a pop-up appeared asking me to verify my email address. The confirmation button was greyed out and not clickable, and I did not receive any verification emails.

I dismissed the pop-up, but after doing so, my project disappeared as well. I can no longer find it in my Figma account.

I found another project that appears to be the one I was working on, but it gets stuck on an infinite loading screen. I also tried opening it on another computer, where the editor loads but the project content is completely missing.

Account and Project Details:

  • Figma account identifier (email): [Your Figma account email]

  • Project name: Untitled

  • [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

I spent a significant amount of time working on this project, and I am concerned that my work may have been lost.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me recover my original project, including its content, chat history, and previous versions?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards

    Donkt
