Hello!I'm using the "Figma Make" function, but the "domain connection" is not working properly, so I'm making a technical inquiry.1. Is there a way to download something made of "figma make" to html, css, js, react, etc?2. Is there a way to turn off the SSL provided by Figma and use external authentication SSL?I'm trying to connect an existing domain, but it doesn't work.If you know how, can you tell me?Thank you always!

My goal is to integrate an animated carousel into my Figma Site, but I haven’t gotten it to work. I made a working carousel in a design file, using Smart Animate to animate the transitions between slides, but once I copy and pasted into my Figma Site, it stopped working in the preview and when published. I also remade the carousel in the Site file, but that didn’t change anything. The structure of my carousel is identical to the one in this video: 

Hello, the while hovering button does not work. I made this component a week ago, the button worked. Now it does not. And when I delete previous slides/options and make it again, the same button is also not there. I tried to open it in the web version, it did not help.

The problem:I have a hover button with 3 states - default/hover/activeWhen I add this component to my design and add a new interaction like “Swap Overlay” it takes several clicks to get it to swap overlays.Now, this was working fine some time back and isn’t the case for everything.I submitted this problem to customer support and, after giving them access to my files, they said:“just make a panel with the default state. then, when hovering over the button, make it switch to the new panel with the hover state, and then click thru from there to swap the overlay”And that sounded incredibly stupid. Afterall, this doesn’t actually solve any issues to what appears to be a bug.So my question is: is this happening for others?

Hello, I need a HELP!!  I’ve been using Figma for 2 years and recently lost an ability to move the layers. I’ve tried all possible solutions and also tested creating a new file. I can rename / delete / duplicate but simply, I don’t see the option to move the layer (I can’t grab ). So far, I ask my college to move the layers but need to fix this Asap.  

Hi team, I have a personal account with professional subscription where I maxed out my tokes/credits for figma make. But then I also have a Figma professional account on the business account - my work account. Which I have never used to prompt before or anything. When I tried today to use figma make on my work business account it said that I have also maxed my credits out - which I have NOT. I have never used it. So how is that possible? Just because I use the same system? But those are 2 different paid accounts with 2 different emails. 

Figma, whyyyyyyy did you remove the ability to “paste to replace” an image inside a component instance? This was one of the most handy features that existed. Now that it’s gone my workflow is significantly impaired and slowed.

Hello,We created a new style guide, published it and linked it to our files. We detached our old style guide from our files, but the old style guide is still showing up as “Used in this file” and all the components are using all the old styling. The new e.g. text styles show up though when I click on a text. One needs to manually apply each text style to the components instead of them automatically adopting the new text styles. Does anyone know why?Thank you!

Hello everyone,I’ve run into an issue in Figma prototypes: whenever a component has a Background Blur effect, Smart Animate stops working correctly. I’m looking for any known workarounds or explanations.  Scenario A Frame/Component includes: A semi-transparent fill (e.g. white at 20% opacity) Background Blur effect (Radius: 20px) I use Smart Animate to transition this component between different states (variants, interactive component states, or separate frames). Observed Behavior Without blur (same component with only an opaque fill and no blur), all Smart Animate transitions run smoothly. With blur applied, Smart Animate transitions: Jump instantly without interpolation, Or fail to animate entirely. Questions Are there any known Figma limitations or bugs when using Smart Animate on layers with Background Blur? How can I achieve smooth Smart Animate transitions on blurred components without relying on masks or overlays? Could there be a prototype setting or c

About three weeks ago some of my PNG images suddenly appear grey in Figma, where there is semi transparency, and around the edges of illustrations. These are images I have exported correctly before. Now if they’re exported the grey shows in the exports as well. I have no clue as to why, is this a bug, some new setting I’ve missed or accidentally activated? Tearing my hear out over this, would be super grateful for help! :´DTop: screenshot from Figma, grey splashes should be white! Is there any way to make the slack intagration to work in the browser version of Figma to see comments from figma to slack? 

Hi, I’m having an issue right now—I can’t upload an XLSX file in figma buzz bulk create. I’ve double-checked everything, and it’s still not working. I’m just wondering if there’s a bug at the moment. I used the same file to test it last Friday, and it worked, but surprisingly it’s not working today. I also tried creating another file, but it’s still not working. 

I am facing issues on Figma. For example, I have a circle with dimensions 400x400 in Figma and when exported in my Mac folder, it shows 401x401px. Which is not compatible with the device interface I’m working on… Of course, a possible solution could be to scale the original component in Figma to 399x399, but should we cheat like this? Is this sustainable? Any advice?

Every time I export a raster image (png or jpeg), some of my shapes will get jumped pixels around the flat edges of the shape. It’s seemingly totally random, and the shapes are not on fractional pixels. This will happen to me on my PC but not my Mac, and does not seem to happen to coworkers exporting the same piece of artwork. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing all my export settings, resizing… not sure what’s going on here. Anyone else encountered this? 

when i first load the tab the pngs look correct, but when i zoom in at all….they look darker and weird.  they also export darker and weird... 

I love how fast Figma Make is right now. I also like not hitting limits or having to use “credits” to make requests, like the planned announcement. I would be willing to spend no more than $40/month for unlimited access to Figma Make when the new payment structure is rolled out, but nothing like $200/mo because I am a single freelance designer who is not associated with a big corporation that would be willing to pay my monthly subscription bills.What would be your willingness to spend to keep figma make as fast as it is right now for you as a single, freelance designer who is not associated with a big company?

Have created a little portfolio website however one page when going onto Present keeps wildly glitching (wont scroll unless you double click and scroll, will also jump to different sections?)- have gone through all my layers and all sorts but cannot find out why this keeps happening, the other screens do not have this issue and have been designed exactly the same, overflow is on vertical as well….pls help! 

I am trying to update a product name in the Value field in the interactions panel, and when I hold Shift down to capitalize the name, the entire panel hides while the shift key is held down. The panel comes right back when shift is released, but it prevents me from adjusting my value.

Hello,I' ve received invoice with from FIGMA with EU vat (EU372054390) but there is no country prefix. Does anyone know how to check VIES VAT number validation? FIGMA provide VAT number on invoices  with an EU prefix, meaning it likely has a number assigned in some European country. To settle the import of services from the EU we neeed to use the country prefix, as an intra-EU service purchase, or should remove the EU from the invoice and settle the VAT on services from outside the EU.

Clicking on “Rename layers” feature in a figma file causes that file to freeze for over 5 minutes. It’s not a computer problem as I have tried this on different computers. This would happen whether I select 1 layer or multiple. Same freeze and it wastes too much time.

As of Monday (so perhaps a release) cell padding guides / desktop have appeared on ALL of my figma files.  I don’t want them.  I also don’t want to have to do shift+g every time I open a file.  I also don’t want to have to remove 100+ guides on all my files.   How do you get rid of them and stop them from coming back

I’d like to remove the available seats from my Figma Pro plan to avoid being charged for unused seats. Could you please guide me through the process or assist in removing them?

 Hello everyone,I'm trying to create a sticky navbar for my portfolio. I have a main frame with Auto layout set to a vertical direction. I've placed my navbar frame inside this main frame and set its position to Absolute position.I also went to the Prototype tab and enabled Fixed position when scrolling for the navbar.The problem is that the navbar sticks to the top-left corner, but it does not stretch to the full width of the page. It's leaving a blank space on the right side.I know that Absolute position takes a layer out of the Auto layout flow, and I've tried to set the navbar's constraints to Left & Right, but it's still not stretching as expected.My main frame is 1440pxwide, and I need the navbar to always fill that width while remaining sticky.Has anyone encountered this issue or found a working solution? Any help would be appreciated!
