I am a student at Suzuki. I have been emailing with the SheerID Support Team and received a message like the one below. Would it be possible for the Figma Support Team to resolve the issue using my ticket ID?

Thank you for contacting SheerID regarding your verification request for Figma. I apologize for the delay in our response due to an unusually high volume of inquiries. I completely understand your unable to get verified for the offer you wanted to take advantage. Nothing to worry, I'll have this check for you and gladly assist you. 
 
Looking at our records I can see an approve request with same name and under an email address [redacted] for the Figma offer. For this reason, even if you use a different email for verification requesting a new discount would not push through as your approved request is currently valid as we speak. 
 
Please note that Figma has limit the number of times their customers can be approved for the said offer to once every 335 days. Due to security and privacy restrictions we can not send a reward code to a different email address. 
 
Since your verification is already approved, the issue now lies specifically with the offer redemption process on Figma's side. While SheerID handles the verification, only Figma can assist with problems related to applying or activating the offer after verification.

To clarify, SheerID is a third-party verification service that partners with various brands including Figma to verify eligibility for specific offers (such as military, student, teacher, etc.). Unlike platforms that create a central account for ongoing use, SheerID does not create user accounts or store your verification for future purchases across different brands.
 
This means that each brand has its own verification process, and you’ll typically need to go through verification separately for each offer or partner site. Some brands may remember your status for a certain period once verified, but this is entirely up to each brand’s system and policy not something managed directly by SheerID.

Hi ​@Ikebata Yuto - apologies if the verification process has been delaying your work. I did locate the ticket you filed with our education team (#1636712). I requested it be escalated, as it looks like there are other members of your team that are facing a similar issue.
