Yesterday, December 20th, I was charged $40. I would like to know, firstly, why this is, since the payment I made on November 20th was only $3.
Secondly, I would like to know if my plan has been canceled, as I no longer require a professional plan and I don't see the need to be charged $40, which I won't be using.
I need help confirming whether my professional plan has been properly canceled.
