Hello,I am needing help on getting the balloons to pop and go to the next page. I’ve used the following: Select the Component Set (the top-level that holds both “Default” and “Popped”). Look in the Prototype panel on the right. If there’s a “Delay → Next Frame” interaction here, delete it — it affects all variants. Now click the “Default” variant (inside the component set). Add only this interaction: Trigger: On Tap Action: Change to → Popped Animation: Smart Animate Then click the “Popped” variant. Add this interaction: Trigger: After delay (300 ms) Action: Navigate to → Next profile frame Animation: Slide left Now, each variant owns its own prototype logic.No more shared auto-trigger.

Hi. When using both RTL and LTR text in a single text box, using the RTL text direction, everything is fine when LTR words come in the middle of RTL words, until you use LTR numbers with the LTR word. It messes up and puts the number as RTL instead! So if I write 2 Apples, in the explained scenario, it will look like Apples 2! (Spacing causes this, as i believe numbers can’t be recognized as LTR/RTL it defaults it as text direction override) Is there anything I’m doing wrong, or this is a bug to be reported?

When I use Copy as PNG on a selection/frame/image, Figma shows:“Copy failed. Your selection might be too large for the clipboard.”Exporting the same thing as a PNG file usually works, but copying to the clipboard does not even for size 1600x1600px. EnvironmentFigma: Desktop Beta app OS: Windows 11 File type: Design file  

We’ve noticed that in our organization, the “Share” feature under a Project doesn’t display the full list of members. It seems like the team member list is not synced or updated to include the latest members. Because of this, when we add new members to the organization, they still can’t directly see existing Projects. We have to manually invite them by email each time, which is quite inconvenient. Could someone confirm if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround? Thanks! Our organization has 35 View Seats, 3 Dev Seats, and 23 Full Seats in total.However, when checking the Project’s “Share” member list, it only shows 34 members. 

I have followed the MCP server setup instructions, and tried connecting the started server to Cursor. However, the connection is stuck in “Loading tools” as can be seen in the screenshot. I need a way forward!  

When I try to share the Figma Make file I get these exclamation icons next to the can edit dropdown menu and it says an admin must update this seat so they can edit but I added one of the people who have the exclamation icons next to their permissions to my team? And we’re all on educational accounts and I really need to be able to collaborate on the website we made to do our final T_T please help

I'm encountering an issue in Figma Make where I tried to undo changes by restoring previous versions.  However, each attempt results in a "reasoning" or "try again" notification, and nothing seems to change. I'm now stuck and unable to revert or move forward.Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it or force a reset to a stable or even published version?

However, when I tried to export and run it on my local system, I noticed that a required file, package.json, is missing.Could you please guide me on how to properly run this project locally? I already have the necessary technologies installed on my system.

Hi all I’m running into the problem of my text not changing if I change my component. Let me run you through the steps I’ve taken: I have a component ‘Wizard step’ with 2 variants for a step indication. Tested this, if I change my text and then change the variant, it remembers the text. Awesome so far. Now I make a component ‘Wizard flow’ with 4 of these steps, because I will use the steps on different frames and I want the texts and prototype noodles to be the same from all these frames. Now I use the ‘Wizard flow’ on my 4 frames. I override the variant of the ‘Wizard step’ to indicate which step is done or not done. Again, so far, so good. But now, if I want to change the naming of my steps in my ‘Wizard flow’ component. What happens is that it only takes it over in the steps where I did not change the variant of the ‘Wizard step’. Hello everyone!I’ve been exploring Figma for a while now and have been practicing different designs for both mobile and desktop screens. This time, I wanted to try something new and chose a self-ordering kiosk design for a fictional restaurant. Basically, I’m aiming for a countertop ordering terminal.Right now, I’m a bit unsure about the correct frame size for this type of design. I went with 1920×1080 for now, but I’m not sure if that’s ideal.My second question is about the font size. What would be the most suitable sizes for such a layout?  I’m working on the first three screens right now: a start screen (to begin an order) and another for selecting between take-out and dine-in. After that comes the first menu overview, where I’ll definitely need smaller fonts to fit more information, unlike the two before.Could anyone share some advice on the best frame and font sizes for this kind of kiosk setup? I’ve built a component, added a bunch of instances of said component to my layout, and now decided to change one of the font styles in the component. So I go back to the main component, make the change and…nothing. I can’t get all the instances of the component to reflect the change. I also tried changing font size. Same thing. No changes to the instances of the component. Tried color. That works! I can change the color! But not anything else. Is there a way to force these font size/style to change throughout the instances?

When changing an icon’s color in a button component, the color change doesn’t appear on the buttons where the icon has been instance swapped. This was still working yesterday, and I tested it on several projects with different icon sets.

Hello Figma Team,I’m a student at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (Graphic and Web Design, expected graduation 2027). For my coursework, I need access to a project in Figma that my professor invited me to. Unfortunately, I’ve been completely blocked by SheerID’s broken verification process.Here’s what happened: I entered all my details correctly (school, program, dates, etc.). SheerID didn’t respond for days and then simply closed my case, saying they “were unable to process the request.” I offered multiple times to provide documents (passport, student ID, enrollment confirmation), even to join a video call - they just ignored this. I have reached out to Figma support several times, but every time I only get the same response: “Please contact SheerID.” But what am I supposed to do if SheerID does not reply and simply ignores my requests?   This is absolutely unprofessional behavior on SheerID’s side. But in the end, I want to use Figma, not SheerID - and that means Figm

If I have an element under an absolute in the layout, I can click on the element under that absolute, which is very annoying. I have multiple simultaneous clicks in my prototype.

Hi. I’m currently participating in a online bootcamp/school. The bootcamp admins asked for re-verification for all of us students but it’s still in the proces from Figma’s side. (Same as support tickets from the teachers)I tried to submit a support ticket myself, but was told to write here as I’m a student and don’t have a paid plan yet, so no direct support for me 😥The problem:Some of us students have warning that the education status has expired just on the left panel, some of us have it in yellow at the top panel and I myself and few other students are fully "locked" out of our homeworks and can only view thgem without being ablet do rest of them on time to get our marks.  We have last 10 days of our bootcamp and can’t finish it.Is there any way how to sort that kind of a problem? Thanks~
