Charge of 5,95€ despite no subscription!

I canceled my subscription one month ago. This is confirmed by Figmas UI showing me that I'm on the Free plan. 

Nevertheless I had a charge of 5,95€ on my credit card today. 

What is happening here and why even 5,95€ i was on the 17,85€ plan before.

I understand your concern about the recent charge.

 

After checking on our end, here’s what we found:

  • One of your teams had a monthly Professional plan that was canceled during the last billing term.
  • You originally had a Dev seat, but after canceling the plan and before the end of the billing term, the seat was changed to a Full seat.

Any prorated charges for seats that weren’t billed during the previous billing term are added to the next invoice, which is expected behavior.

In your case, the previous billing period included the €17.85 charge for the Dev seat. However, the Full seat usage that wasn’t billed at that time resulted in the €5.95 prorated charge that appeared on your most recent invoice.

 

A quick note about seat types:

A Dev seat includes access to Dev Mode, Figma Slides, and FigJam, and view/comment access only for Figma Design.

A Full seat is required if you want to create or edit Figma Design files.
