Can't understand the pricing!

Until yesterday, our team used 1 annual full seats, and 3 monthly full seats.

Today, I changed them to 2 annual full seats and 2  annual dev seats.

So here’s the problem: I need to file in a expense report; the new boss wants to know how every cent is spent, and I can’t understand how or why the billings are so.

If I’m being billed for December’s usage, December usage should be that of 3 full seats = 60$, which has been for the last couple of months.

If I’m Paying for Annual, One-time charge, shouldn’t it be 1 annual full seat, 16*12=192$, and 2 dev seats 24*12=288$, which adds up to 480$? 

Even if it’s been prorated, just how does 200$ popup out of nowhere?

Also, the billing page shows 4 full and 2dev seats, while people page shows 2 full and 4 dev.

Am I paying for the annual seat or are there some calculation issues I’m missing? Help me out

※ Payment renewal happens on every 26th, and I need to file in the report before then
