Dear experts,I shared a file to Anyone with “can view” permissions. When users not signed in to Figma open the URL, they get red error message "You don’t have access to this file" for a second, then get redirected to Figma’s start page. Any idea why this happens?Kindest regards,Victor

I was charged even though I canceled my subscription. I made a purchase on november 9 for $5, and I canceled my subscription around the week of the 17th. Despite that, today, december 9, I was charged $15, when I dont have any active plan. Even when I log into my account, it shows that I'm on the starter plan.  I talked with the support bot and it gave me a case number, but It also told me that no one will contact me. I also sent an email to support@figma.com with the information of the transaction, the case number and screenshots of how my account appears today. I need my money back and also need to be guaranteed that this issue wont happen again.

Figma is freezing very often, I started noticing it in the past few days. It usually happens when I select several frames at once, or try to move things… but it also feels random at times.It’s hard to stop working for a few seconds every few operations just to wait for Figma to respond.

I developed a plugin for Figma and want to publish it, but when I try to publish, I get an error saying, “We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin.”when I emailed the provided address (support@figma.com), Just receiving an automatic reply cannot solve my problemPlease resolve this issue and help me remove this error.

When signed into figma make, I’m unable to highlight and copy ohrases from the AI chat.  Was working fine for weeks before this.  All of a sudden the interface and font of the chat changed and now unable to highlight and copy.  I’ve tried clearing cache and used chrome and edge and the same thing happens.

figma has took from 17 usd today, and when i open my account it tells me that my "education account has expired, please upgrade" even though i just got paid 17 usd, the attachment shows even more to the issue

 Hi, I’m having an issue with the Go to Source button inside Figma Make — the feature that should show the code for the selected design element. When I click the Go to Source button, it is not disabled, but nothing happens. It doesn’t open the code view, doesn’t redirect, and doesn’t display any error message. It simply does not respond at all.  Environment  Figma Desktop for Mac (version: 125.10.7) macOS Issue also occurs in the browser (Chrome/Safari)  What I’ve Tried  Restarting Figma Desktop Logging out and back in Clearing local Figma cache Trying in browser instead of Desktop (same issue) Re-publishing the site  Additional Notes  Other navigation actions work normally. This started immediately after updating to 125.10.7, so it may be version-specific.  Request Could you please check whether this is a known bug in version 125.10.7, or if there’s any workaround to restore the Go to Source functionality?I rely heavily on Make, so this issue is blocking my workflow. Tha

Hi, I’m using a Figma Education account and linked a FigJam assignment in Google Classroom.  On desktop, students can open and submit the assignment normally, but on iPads and Android tablets they cannot open it properly.Some devices ask for repeated login authentication, and others say the account is already registered but still don't load the file.I also checked the support request page, but I cannot submit a ticket because my account type doesn’t allow direct support.Could you help clarify:1. Is this a known limitation for Education accounts on mobile devices?  2. Are there specific browser or login settings required for iPad/Android?  3. Is there a workaround for students to open and submit FigJam assignments on tablets?Thank you.

I've tried with different cards, contacted my bank and everything seems fine, but it won't let me pay; it automatically rejects my card.Just to clarify, I have available funds, my card is unlocked, and I've checked everything that could be causing the problem.I hope someone can help me.

I made the colors as variables and created primitives and tokenized them. But when someone add the design system kit as a library in their project, how can they make the components (and their variants) take the colors of their project - not keep the colors of the design system kit?Thanks a lot for your help

After the Nov 17th update , we are not able to republish the app. From the version history of the app i do see a status as Rejected twice. Please do check the screenshot attached. So just to try i changed the App to Private and i am not able to revert back the app to public.1. Is there a way to revert the app back to public?2. Even after i made the app private, why do i see "You have apps that are no longer active and need to be re-published." message on screen.This app was working fine without any issue before the Nov 17th Update.

I had Figma on my personal email from the 8th of November. I signed up using the email for the startup I’m working for on December 4th. I just got tagged again for $20 on my personal account and startup so there’s not a lot to spare. How do I get a refund?
