Anisa Fatimah Azzahra

Hello Figma Support Team,

I accidentally deleted my Figma account on February 13, 2026.

The email used for the deleted account was:
[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

I re-registered using the same email address, but all my previous academic projects are now missing.

I understand that account deletion is permanent, but since it was deleted only yesterday, I would like to kindly request a manual review to check if there is any possibility of restoring my previous data from backup.

These files are important for my university coursework.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Hey @Anisa Fatimah Azzahra — welcome to Figma Forum, and I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. I know this is a hard spot to be in, especially for school.

I can’t view or share account-specific details here, but I did open a ticket on your behalf so our Product Support team can take a closer look. Your case number is: 1746770. I’ve also shared your Forum post with them so they have full context, and they’ll follow up with you directly at the email tied to your account once they’ve completed their review.

I do want to be upfront: Deleting an account is permanent, and recovery isn’t guaranteed. That said, the team is doing a manual check to see if anything can be restored. For more information, have a look at this resource: Delete your Figma account → Delete your account.

I also removed some personal details from your post to protect your privacy. For updates, keep an eye on your inbox — that’s where the team will be in touch with next steps.

Thanks for your patience while they dig into this.
