I’m not sure what the is. I think there is a software issue. I can not find the file or the work i created for the past 12 hours

A couple things that may help clarify what’s happening:

  1. You mentioned a possible software issue — are you seeing an error message or getting blocked at a certain step? If so, could you share what happens right before the problem shows up?
  2. About the 12-hour timing — do files created before that window look different (for example, showing a different owner)? I ask because this can sometimes happen if you’re signed into another account (e.g. a work email vs. a personal one).

It can also help to check:

Keep me posted on how it’s going. If these don’t help turn things up, when you reply, it would be really helpful if you could include:

  • Where you’ve already searched (e.g. Drafts, specific teams, Trash, etc.)
  • Any file details you remember (e.g. name or link, if you have one)

My files are contiuiosly failing. This is now the fifth time in two days. My fonts and my page that contains the rib bin was just as i wanted. Set-up and fonts.  Then, Claude(the AI) stated all files werw saved. Corruption took place again, and the file were not save to simple reteival. I was using fid t Samarkan, on the news ticker and the message and the names of my collectives. Which are not applying. And, Claude appears to have no AI less to fix it

Would you happen to know who the CEOs is? Or who complaint are directed to; for an actual resolve. I'm not happy...
