Hi,
I’ve tried verifying my student status I don’t know how many times but it doesn’t work. I’ve filled out the form and added valid proof of study, my course schedule as well as my program registration in both Swedish and in English but it says it isn’t valid. I’ve tried different ways for over a week and I really need to get it verified. I have a group project which I can’t access right now which is a big problem.

Firstly, since SheerID runs the verification process, they’re the right place to review what may be going wrong with the proof of study issue. I recommend contacting them directly using their secure form so they can check your documents and reset things if needed: Contact SheerID support team.
If you don’t get traction there, you can involve the Figma Education team on the same case by copying in education@figma.com. With that, we can help move things along from our side.
