How replace instance?

I duplicated the agency read-only file as File B, and I also have File A, which is the older agency file.

Both files use the same design system, but File B contains some newly added pages.

 

What would be the best way to:

 

  1. Copy the new pages from File B

  2. Move them into File A

  3. Relink the instances on those pages so they point to File A’s components (right now all the instances are still linked to File B)

It might have to be a bit manual. I would start by trying to paste in one of your screens from B into A, then pick a component on that screen, and swap the instance.

Might be worth looking to see if there is a plugin that can do some of this for you.
