Can’t verify student account

Hello! I’m having a lot of trouble verifying my account. I’ve sent forms of identification, which the website cannot recognize, and whenever I attempt to verify the account again, it says that I’ve exceeded the attempts to verify so it’s practically useless for me to even try, even if I use a different email. I have assignments to do that are due soon and I cannot even begin them, so if I’m stuck without an account then I’m pretty much screwed. Can someone help me? Thank you!

If you’re enrolled at a higher education institution, the next step is to reach out to SheerID, since they handle the verification process end to end. You can ask them to reset your verification attempt and guide you on submitting your documents again. You can contact them here: Contact SheerID support team.
