I’m looking for help with a billing issue and possible refund.
I was originally on a Student plan, but I ran into a student verification issue that took 1–2 months to resolve. During that time, I upgraded to a Professional plan because my files would otherwise be locked, which would have affected my teammates.
I have since left the team, but I’m still being charged for the Professional plan. I’ve now been charged for over two months, even though the upgrade was only a temporary workaround due to the verification issue (which was not caused by me).
Given that:

The verification issue took a long time to resolve

I’ve already left the team but am still being charged
I’d like to ask:

How can I fully cancel the Professional subscription so I’m no longer charged?

Is it possible to receive a refund for the 3-4 months I was charged due to this verification issue?
