I had a Figma account registered with this some email address. Unfortunately, I have lost access to that email account.After the recent Figma update, when I try to log in, it asks me not only for my username and password but also for an access code that is sent to my email. Since I no longer have access to that email, I can’t enter the code and therefore can’t log in to my Figma account.As a result, I’ve lost access to all my files and projects, which are extremely important for my work. I’m really worried because I need them urgently to continue working.Could someone please tell me how to recover access to my account or transfer my files to a new email address?Thank you so much for your help — this is very important to me.

I’m still having all sorts of weird problems with Figma, not as bad as the AWS outtage yesterday, but still blocking work. What is happening to Figma?- Files not saving- Libraries not working- “Go to main component” not working  

There are still problems with FIGMA slides. The entire right side bar with all of the design tools just completely disappears when you click on any image to edit or change, in any presentation file. It doesnt happen in new blank presentation files, but it does when you copy and past older presentation files or images into it. Something is very wrong. The Slides too is completely useless without the design tools on the right side. [This post was moved from “What happened to Figma?” and split into a new topic, “Right sidebar missing when editing images in Figma Slides,” by a moderator on 21-Oct-2025.]

To who may help! I have included image of loading screen it. As well as inspect tool. I cleared all cache and history and nothing changed.  Thank you, John

Updated Figma this AM. In Figma Slides now when you open a document and click on any image, the entire right side bar tools all disappear. the entire panel. There is no way to get it back. So there is no way to manage any elements, colors, shapes, cropping.The left panel and the bottom center toolbar both seem to work.Figma is completely useless to us - AND FAST - if this isnt resolved in the next several hours.

Anyone having issues with z for zoom on the desktop app?And clicking to pan canvas not working?Just updated to Figma Desktop App version 125.9.10

Im using the desktop app and the home screen is not loading. I have tried updating, restarting the computer and checking for updates. Please help as I have an interview to prep for.   

We are currently subscribed to an annual plan, yet we are experiencing significant and unexpected volatility in our monthly billing. Our invoices contain various variable charges that cause the total amount to fluctuate wildly, despite maintaining a consistent user seat count.  Please someone can explain the source of this billing volatility.

I canceled my plan close to a year ago but am still getting charged $64.80 per month, which is $778 over a year. I can’t find any email address or account where I am still subscribed, so I don’t know how to cancel it. And I can’t find a billing contact unless I have a paid plan. Please help.

When I apply my text property to my 'Ghost' variant, it removes my underline style on the text. Whenever I apply the underline style to my ghost variant again, it applies it to all my variants. Is this normal? 

Hi, I recently created a figma for education account, and messed up by deleting the account. I had verified the email for this account, and now, using the same email in the new account, I cannot reverify for education. What do I do to get figma for education verified again?

Hey everyone, I’ve recently noticed that images inside my components are showing at the wrong size. What’s strange is that when I detach the component instance, the image suddenly resizes correctly and looks as expected.This issue started happening suddenly, I don’t recall changing anything in my design system or updating constraints that could affect it.Has anyone experienced something similar or know what could cause this?Screenshots are attached for reference. Thanks in advance for any help!  

Changing font weights within the same text box in Figma no longer works as expected.Previously, mixed weights showed “Mixed” in the typography panel, but now it shows “Select a font weight” and fails to apply different weights.

I’m starting a new file and I need to load a library, however when i search for that published library it’s not appearing within the “assets” search results. Other related libraries are appearing, but this token library is not pulling up. Couple pieces of context: • It’s a token library that our team published and manages. • The library is working for other files that it’s already loaded on. • I’m searching for it by opening the “manage libraries” window from the assets panel. I’m getting results of similar libraries, like our UI kit and Icons, but i’m not getting the token library. I’ve seen plenty of issues and conversations here about users searching for instances within a library, but that’s not the issue I’m having.

Hello hereI got a Figma Education package as a student but Figma is returning “account has been suspended” response anytime I want to login. Is it just me?

Im using the Coolicons Icon library. One day these yellow frame outlines appeared and I’m not sure why. What are these yellow outlines on my icon frames? Have never seen this come up in the past, not sure if this corresponds to ‘Absolute Position’ or not… How do I get rid of them? 

Sometimes some load, sometimes others load… But this glitch has been happening for a while in all our folders. It’s quite frustrating to find folders quickly this way. Any one else?

Figma lost my current project with a lot of progress but when i go to history to restore sine i was on wifi most of the time i was working on the project,every history restores the same old version with missing frames.Also there is nothing in the trash i checked

I have a component called tabs-btn with these properties: state: active / inactive text showIcon Then I have a main component Tabs that contains multiple nested instances of tabs-btn.I exposed all nested properties, so when I select a tab inside Tabs, I can see and edit its props directly — this part works fine.Now I want to add a visibility switcher (Boolean) for each tab instance — so that I can show or hide specific tabs inside the parent Tabs component.The problem is that Figma doesn’t allow assigning Booleans direct

OneloginでSSO設定を行っており、証明書を更新したいと考えています。 「設定」　ー　「SAML SSO」　の画面に進みポップアップに既存の設定済みの内容が表示されます「設定を編集」　をクリックすると、すでにOneLoginのボタンが押下されており更新することはできません。 ラジオボタンを「その他」を押下し、署名証明書が表示されるので、Oneloginからダウンロードした新しい証明書の.pemファイルをアップロードし、次の画面で「これは正しい情報です」にチェックを入れて「SAML SSOを設定」ボタンをクリックすると以下のエラーが表示されます。 Cannot modify SAML config if SAML is required  こちらの対処法をご教授いただけますでしょうか。

I am trying to export a frame as a pdf from a file of which I am the owner and only user. I have a free account, and when I try to export I get a pop up that says “You are not allowed to export this file”. I also can’t copy the frame to another file and try to export it there. What do i need to do to fix this problem, I need to be able to export frames and screens for my portfolio and projects.
