Sometimes the color picker/eyedropper stops working on the selected object.Steps: Select a rectangle → click its fill color → use the eyedropper to pick a new color.Expected: The rectangle’s fill changes to the picked color.Actual: Instead, an existing color variable (in the Variables table) gets updated with the picked color, as if that variable was selected. I didn’t open the Variables panel or select any variable.

I pay for Figma on my personal account and its currently not showing up in the toolbar to use.I’ve looked everywhere and I still can’t find a way to enable it for my personal work.

Figma keeps saying I’m offline and that it’s not syncing any changes, even when I have very fast and consistent internet connection (Zoom, Slack, CreativeCloud all work fine). And what’s strange is that it’s only for one project at a time. I have four different projects open and the others are syncing fine. And it’s not always the same project that has trouble syncing. Last week it was a different one that wasn’t syncing. Figma is up-to-date as well. I have had this issue for a week now and it’s incredibly frustrating. Any solutions?

Hello,We would like to report an inconsistent behavior affecting icons that use size variables in Figma.Issue description:When importing icons from our library into other Figma files, some icons unexpectedly change size. Our Org has submitted numerous inquiries to the Sales Team via the Sales form provided by Figma, but no Reponses received.  We have a few individual Figma license and want to move to either Organization or Enterprise and want to discuss with Sales what would be best for our org.  Please let us know who we can talk to. 

I have created a ticket for managing my seats because I have upgraded my account and the same limitations still exist (ticket #1683351). However, no emails are sending to me concerning this ticket. I have checked spam / junk / and firewall-quarantined emails...nothing containing my ticket number or “figma”. The chat is sending me here. As far as I can tell there is no way to communicate with Figma. Please please help, I have a deadline that I’m missing because of this nonsense, and I’m just trying to get access to features I’ve paid for.

Hey, got an issue that I can’t solveLet's say i have a dropdown component. The dropdown component, when clicked, opens up a menu component. The menu component has a bunch of menu list components. The menu list components have text like "item 1", "item 2", "item 3". By default, the dropdown component is set to "default" state and in this state, the menu isn't open. When the dropdown component changes to "open” state, the menu is open.I prototype it so that when you click on the dropdown, it changes from default to open. In my figma editor, I change the text of the menu list components to "bob", "joe", "fred" by switching the component to open, then editing the menu list components text, and then changing it back to default. After I make these changes, if I change it back to open on my figma editor, the changes are there. But when I go to prototype mode and click on my dropdown, it goes back to the text of the parent component, which is "item 1", "item 2", "item 3".I tried using text pro

Hi! I was charged 9.67$ even though i cancelled my subscription and was barely using the free plan only?

I exported two libraries to use them in Figma Make, but neither of them is being accepted. However, in regular Figma files, both libraries are detected and work correctly.What’s strange is that I use this same library in another account without any issues. The problem only happens in my current account, where Figma Make doesn’t recognize the imported libraries at all.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this?

A weird situation. Just had to change laptops due to emergency and on the new laptop even after installing Figma Font Helper the fonts are marked as missing. Once I try to reinstall them, usually the last installed font appears, while other disappear again. Let’s say, Bold is working, but if I install Regular and refresh the page, the Regular is working and Bold is missing.

I’m importing the design in Figma to Wix, and this is what happens. How to fix this?  

Hi. I accidentally turned my whole project into a vector. I went to check my autosave history and only have one checkpoint for some reason at 9:57, 10 minutes after this happened.In retrospect, this was a stupid mistake. It all happened because I got annoyed that the pixel grid wasn’t showing on my screen so I thought hitting every single key on my keyboard while holding the command key on my Mac down. If you have any idea as to what could possibly done to reverse this it would really be appreciated.

I love the new “Make” feature, but I cannot get over how the “Download Code” button doesn’t download the code you’re provided.Download Code button in Make pageYou get a .zip file with the name of the tab and no contents. Is there something I’m missing? I understand it’s “AI Beta”, but if this feature doesn’t work - why have it on the screen?

Hello support team,I have used figma.com free ai features for some time, it is good. So now I determine to buy it for person,  and my company said the company can reimburse me because that is company task. You know it needs receipt of company, however, I have to pay by myself.  So I want to know how I can get the company receipt but I use my personal credit card to pay. Looking forward to your response. 

When comparing current and updated component instances in “Review updates” window and cycling through the instances with arrows, the previews don’t change at all. When using “Go to instance” button I can clearly see that the instance has overwritten properties which do not show up inside the review window.Issue is present in both native app and web version. Colleague could also reproduce the same issue in another project.

Every document I have uploaded contained my name, my school, and a date. I have tried uploading my student ID, my class schedule, my letter of enrollment, and my tuition receipt, all of which have failed. Now it says “verification limit exceeded”. What am I supposed to do? I need Figma for my college courses. Please help!!!!!!

Selected color in spec file appears as black but also appearing as white in the main color file? How can i mitigate this bug? 

I’m experiencing an issue where certain elements in my Figma file are not loading or displaying correctly in the Figma desktop application, but they do appear correctly when viewing the same file in the browser version of Figma.Specifically: Some images and visual elements are missing or not rendering in the desktop app The same file loads fully and correctly in the web (browser) version The issue appears to be isolated to the desktop application, not the file itself This is causing inconsistencies when working locally, as designs look different depending on which version of Figma is used.Steps Taken / Observations: Confirmed the issue occurs only in the desktop app Verified that the browser version displays all elements correctly The file and assets themselves are intact and accessible online

Using my work account I would like to leave a comment on a plugin. However, I do not care to have my full first and last name displayed on the internet. I’ve changed my work name previously but it always gets changed back by my company. Can I have a nickname that will only show up for the public facing interface and not my company interface. I had to create a new personal account just so my full first and last name would not display when adding comments on plugins.

Hello everyone, Its been a a week since I started learning Figma, and I am running into the following issue.When I remove the horizontal and vertical padding from the auto layout frame of an instance  of a Text Component, I see that the frame does not wrap the text. It just reduces its height to 0 Here are the steps which I followed.Created a text field and wrapped it in autolayout, added a stroke.  Converted it into a component Added another variant , named them Default and Hover. Created the instance . Set the horizontal and vertical padding to 0 in the instance .I was expecting to see the autolayout frame wrapped around the text. I am unable to understand , why setting the padding to 0 leads to this. As a test, I tried adding fill to the instance. Initially it did not appear, but when I reset the padding values, the fill appeared.Please have a look at the screenshots I have attached.

As a result, I currently cannot access any of my files under my Figma account.
