Please submit a bug report directly here: go to the Support Hub / Type “Report a bug” / Click Start a chat and select Enter 
When filling out the form, it would be super helpful if you could include invite support-share@figma.com with "can view" permissions to the impacted file and include the file link in your report. (Don't worry, inviting support-share@figma.com won't affect your billing.), and mention the Error ID.
