Hi Figma Support Team,
I recently received an email offering 1,000 complimentary Figma Weave credits as part of a promotional offer for select Figma users. The email stated I could redeem the credits by creating a new Figma Weave account using the provided link and my Figma login before April 23, 2026.
I followed the instructions and used the link in the email to set up my account, but the 1,000 credits have not been applied. My account currently shows no promotional credits.
Could you please look into this and ensure the credits are added to my account? I'd also appreciate confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
