Can anyone help me with downgrading from Enterprise to Org?

I’ve emailed, filled out forms, and now I’m waiting for more emails only. There’s “limited availability” for phone calls.

This is a little crazy. My plan is up in 2 weeks and I can’t edit it and can’t get the answers/help I need for my team’s needs.

Can someone please assist me?
