Upcoming AI credit charge after cancellation

Hi,

I canceled my paid AI credits subscription, but my Billing > Invoices page still shows an upcoming monthly invoice for May 7, 2026 with an AI credit update charge of $20.00.

I do not want to be charged for this upcoming AI credit fee.

Please confirm:

  1. Whether this $20.00 upcoming invoice will still be charged to my card

  2. Whether this charge can be removed or canceled before May 7

  3. Whether my paid AI credits subscription has been fully canceled and will not renew again

I understand your concern about the upcoming invoice abut AI credit after canceling your subscription.

 

I've looked into this, and it appears the $20 charge is for additional credits purchased through your ongoing subscription during your current billing period.
As outlined in our Help Center article on Manage AI credits, charges for ongoing subscriptions are added to your next invoice.
