Dear Figma Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I'm experiencing with my Figma project. The project is lagging significantly, not only on my system but also on other systems when shared with collaborators.In an attempt to resolve the issue and decrease memory usage, I tried copying the screen to another Figma account. However, I encountered an error stating, "An invalid image or thumbnail was removed."Could you please advise if upgrading to a paid account would resolve this issue? Alternatively, are there any other steps I can take to troubleshoot and fix the problem?I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.Best regards,Mohsin

Hi,I look after a CodeGen plugin, which my designer colleagues use and they have recently started investigating how to integrate Slots into their designs. Hence, I was looking into adding support to our plugin, but am having trouble parsing SlotNode types - as in the type is altogether not present from the plugin-typings? Is this expected, because it’s still in beta? Or have I missed to update something obvious - apologies if I have!The Figma app is showing the type if I log it to the console, I just can’t add any code to manipulate it.I am on v1.123.0 of the plugin typings.Thanks,Lachezar

Hi, I accidentally added a full seat and removed it immediately. The billing adjustment is showing $271.74Could you please review and remove this charge?

I used my limit of AI credits and bought more. My Account is selected to use paid credits. Even though it shows me accessable credits for this month, i am still locked as having used all my credits till the 29th of march. How can i update the checker on the lock, so that i can use my credits?

After resizing an image, I’ve noticed that it will often forget that I’ve marked the fill setting to ‘Fill’ but will instead revoke to the ‘crop’ setting meaning the images appear squashed. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks!

I am working on a Figma Slides presentation, worked on at all yesterday it auto saved absolutely fine.I've worked on it today from nine till 2:30pm. I had to restart my computer and after restarting the latest auto save is at 9:30am this morning so I've lost 5 hours worth of work. Is there anyway to recover this? The version history has a gap from 9:30 till after a restarted my computer, noting else in drafts.

This seems like a bug or regression, and it messed up with my prototype. For testing, I made a very simple interactive component with only 2 states: default selected  Inside the component, the interaction is: Default: On click -> Change to selected Selected: On click -> Change to default  Then I placed an instance on a frame and added: On click -> Open overlay  Figma shows the warning:This interaction will not be triggered as interactions on instances are triggered before inherited internal interactions. But in preview, when I click the instance: the overlay opens and the component still changes state / color So the inherited internal click interaction is still firing even though Figma says it will not. Also, the state behavior becomes inconsistent after the first click: First click on the default state opens the overlay and changes the component to selected After closing the overlay, the component stays selected Clicking again opens the overlay and temporarily chang

I used Figma Draw to create some files, last opened on 2024-10-28, and I logged in yesterday after last login was at end of October.I can’t see any files in my account, nor in Thrash section. Update: I got it back. It was a browser caching issue and as soon as I posted this I solved it. Woof. I was working in this file 6 hours ago and the version history shows an autosave then. I came back just now to make some changes and the entire draft is blank and so are all of the versions. I’ve worked in this file over the last three days and the list says that there are 14 autosave versions, but all of them are empty. This is a student project that is due on Monday and I have lost everything. I used the chat bot and tried everything it suggested (restoring to a previous version, restoring from the file manager, opening the file in thumbnail mode, checked the trash, etc.) and nothing has worked. Help please! I’m using the browser version in Firefox and I’m on a Mac, if that is helpful. The file lives in a project that only I have access to, so it is not possible that someone else moved it. 

I am unable to locate a similar topic, but I have a client that is using a base component that changes color on hover. I have created the hover using variables for colors. The client will be changing the hover state color for each of the 100+ sites they are using.How can I map the hover color so it is a quick switch from one file to another without affecting the original component? Hoping there is an easy solution. Any help appreciated.

Hello, I’d like some clarification regarding how AI credits are handled for team members within a professional license team with Full seats. A team leader purchases a professional license and a Full seat for a team member. If the team member has a starter account, do they only have access to the starter account AI credits, or do they get the full 3,000 credits per month since they have a full seat in the team?

I’m running into an issue while trying to purchase additional tickets.I already bought one ticket for Figma Config successfully, but when I try to purchase another, I’m automatically redirected to the Success page without going through the actual checkout flow. This happens consistently, even when I try from incognito mode and a different browser.Is there a limit on the number of tickets per account, or could this be some kind of caching/session issue? Also, is there a workaround so I can complete the purchase (e.g. using a different account or resetting something on my side)?Any help would be appreciated, as I need to resolve this soon.

I have a ticket open for this but have yet to get a response. Ticket #1809843 I was recently removed from my company’s Figma account and added back. Once added back, files in my drafts over the last 7 months have disappeared. Hoping to recover the files.

How is everyone handling adding Liquid Glass and M3 to their design systems and variables?We have collections for our primitives and then semantic collections which have our 4 business lanes as modes, including light and dark for each. Currently 6 total modes. Now we need to add in Liquid Glass as well as Material 3 and those will also need light/dark mode.
