"Copy and Replace" Shortcut Not Working in Both Figma Desktop and Web App

Hi Figma Support Team, I’m experiencing an issue with the “Copy and Replace” keyboard shortcut in both the Figma Desktop App (version 124.3.2) and the web version. The shortcut has stopped working on both platforms. I’ve already tried restarting my computer and the Figma app, but the problem remains unresolved. For additional context, my computer is running macOS Sequoia 15.0 Beta. Could you please provide guidance on how to fix this issue? Thank you!

Not Receiving Latest Figma Update on Desktop App – Need Help

Hi everyone, I’m encountering an issue where I’m not receiving the latest update for the Figma desktop app on my computer. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps but haven’t been successful in resolving the issue. Here’s what I’ve done so far: Checked for Updates Manually: Used the Help menu to check for updates, but it didn’t find any new versions. Restarted the App: Closed and reopened the Figma desktop app. Reinstalled the App: Uninstalled and then reinstalled the latest version from the Figma website. Subject: Urgent: Lost Project Data After Figma Upgrade Hi Figma Team, I encountered a critical issue this morning after upgrading Figma on my Windows 11 machine. Before the upgrade, I was actively working on a file I’ve been developing over the past few months. Once I completed my session, I proceeded with the update. However, after the upgrade, I noticed that all my data from the past two months has disappeared, and it’s not even available in the deleted section. All my projects were synced before the upgrade. I’ve explored the version history, but while I can see older files (from more than two months ago), I’m unable to view or access any of my recent work. Restoring previous versions only brings up the original file data from the 11th, with none of my recent changes reflected. I’ve tried rebooting my machine and accessing Figma via Chrome and Microsoft Edge also, but the issue persists. As these files are cloud-based, I would expect the problem to remain unaffected by local system

Removed file

I have a design file named Innoson Mobile app to control vehicles, and I’m the owner of the file, but I can’t seem to find the file anywhere on Figma again. I tried to access it from my community notifications because people had duplicated it, but I can’t see it. I gave someone an editor role, and I don’t know if she was the one who tampered with it. Please help me.

Why does my present option is not working?

Is frame only can't hug?

I have a card design like the image, with an icon in the left frame and content in the right. The left frame is set to ‘hug’ with 16px left padding, and the right frame is set to ‘fill’ (ignore this part). The problem is that the left frame doesn’t shrink to fit the padding when I hide or delete the icon. It maintains the same width as if the icon were still there. I expected it to adjust and only show the padding. Can anyone explain this behavior?

Responsive Carousel Prototype

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to create a responsive carousel with auto-layout? Sort of like this, I made it using contraints but the problem is since I didn’t use auto-layout the slides wouldn’t position themselves properly, but on the otherhand if I used auto-layout I couldn’t reproduce the similar resizing effect. Cannot receive team invitation emails and verification login emails

When I recently asked my company members to sign up for a Figma account, none of them received the invitation email from the Figma team. Also, recently we were unable to receive verification emails when registering or logging in. Please help solve it. Thank you. Not able to use the variable

I am trying to show the hidden box using a boolean variable but the problem happens when I apply the variable on the instance which will change to another variant of it using the time delay, But that change of the variant to another variant is not happening in the time delay prototype but if I give the on-click to change to the other variant that’s work. not sure what is wrong with it. Hi - My startup has somebody that built design files in Figma for our devs that has years of experience as a Creative Director, but she isn’t a UI designer at all, and therefore has limited experience building something in Figma. Our engineers are really struggling to use the Figma files into building responsive front-end code. Specifically, that’s because our Figma isn’t response. I’d love any advice or suggestions you might have on how we could find a Figma expert or something similar to help transition what we’ve built so far into a responsive design system that we could continue to build on.

Restored an old version but no "done" button appeared

As title states, restored an old version (was just 10 minutes before, made a mistake and needed to reverse it), but once I restored it, it went to view only. Looked on the forums and everything said to click the “done” button if I wanted to edit it again, however, no “done” button shows up anywhere for me. Any help would be appreciated, even if there’s a way to copy the restored version and put it in a new file that I can edit.

isMask property isn't working properly

Hi there, We have a mask rectangle in a Figma file that is masking an image. However, when we fetch the node through the Plugin API, the isMask property returns false. When we create a mask from scratch, it works as expected. But in this case, the property seems to return an incorrect value. Are we missing something, or could this be a bug? Thanks!
