Yusu

I canceled my subscription over a month ago, and you still charged me.

You are literally stealing my money.

I was thrilled with your services, but you are literally taking my money, and because of you, I couldn't make a payment.

You opened a "case" for me, but you don't even respond to my emails or tell me the reason; you just close them without giving me an answer, and you don't send me a confirmation email either.

If it had been my mistake, I wouldn’t say anything, but I canceled my subscription, and you just boast that “we don’t issue refunds” when you’re literally stealing—because I’m not the only one this has happened to.

Hi @Yusu, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.

I’m sorry to hear about the unexpected charge, especially after you believed your subscription had already been canceled.

For privacy and account security reasons, we’re not able to review billing details directly here on the forum, however I was able to locate your support tickets (#1953023, 1953003, #1943234).

Could you please share a few more details so we can look into this properly?

  • Invoice number, if available
  • Amount charged
  • Date of the charge
  • Any screenshots related to the charge

Once I have that information, I can help to escalate your case and make sure the team has everything they need to investigate further.

Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for providing the additional details as well the screenshot, @Yusu.

I've gone ahead and added this information to your support tickets and escalated them with the team for review.

Someone from the team will be reaching out to you shortly with an update. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
