Hey,I wanted to upgrade my plan to a Professional plan, but I constantly ran into this problem with the payment. I tried  4 times with mutliple cards (with availability), i received 4 invoices but not payments is charged. I filled in the credit card details and my billing address correctly. For context purposes, I live in the Italy and pay in euros like everyone else and my credit card details are correct. I re-tried it multiple times. I find it weird to come along such a problem. Could I get help with this?

I want to make a menu with 2 state (default and hover state), so I made a component for that and it works fine. but I also want that component when I hover it will open an overlay. so, I need the two interaction working at the same time when I hover it.It actually work. but there is maybe a bug or I don’t know for sure. so, when I hover the menu, it does making teh two interaction (change state and open an overlay), but when I drag away my mouse, the overlay doesn’t close by it self as I expected. is this a bug? or I miss something?please anyone if you know how to fix this, thanks in advance.

This Error is  coming after 19 Dec I have create 500-600 Bunch of Thumbnails at a time now I put single Images open in web then paste it in Design it is time consuming process.Please resolve this problem Quickly

Hi everyone,I applied for the Figma EDU Bootcamp program on March 31, 2026 for Accelist Edukasi Indonesia, and I received the confirmation email mentioning the review process may take 2–4 weeks depending on volume.I also sent a follow-up email today, but haven’t received any update yet.Has anyone recently applied and heard back from the Figma Education team? How long did the review process take for you?Would really appreciate any insights. Thank you!

Do you sometimes lose yourself in your figma page? You’ve done one design and you literally can’t find it anywhere. Zooming in, out, left, right, up, down, searching in your layers to see if you can go to that frame. I had this problem, but then i thought, wouldn’t it be good to have a little page map on the bottom of your screen to show you where your wireframes are on the page. If anyone has a hack or thinks this might be useful let me know! 

I thought it was just my bluetooth keyboard glitching out, but cmd + z is not undoing any action, nor is going to the Edit menu > Undo. Has anyone encountered this issue before? And if so, how did you resolve it?

I am writing to request a billing adjustment.I had previously paid a Dev Mode seat ($15/mo) just now. But soon I decided to upgrade to a Full seat. After assigned myself to Full seat, I found myself with a $40 invoice for next month. I would like to: Cancel the redundant Dev seat and keep only one Full seat. Adjust the invoice so I am only charged the difference for the upgrade. Please let me know how I should proceed to fix this and modify the charges.

I opened Figma today, after a few weeks away, and it prompted me to log back into my account. After logging in, none of my files were in my drafts and all opened files in tabs were owned by another account with my name. Some of which loaded and I could duplicate them to my drafts, some of which asked me to request access.I’ve checked the trash and nothing’s in there.All of these files were in my account’s drafts originally. Would love some help figuring out what happened to all of these files that say someone with my name is the owner, but my account doesn’t own them.

I’m clicking the reset password link on the config website and entering my correct email.  I did not receive anything.  I’ve done this for a few days now.

I’ve bought two full seats and paid the entire amount of $384 but the other person cannot have edit access to edit the projects in my workspace! I need this to be resolved quick...deadlines are around the corner...

When I try to generate a new prototype using Figma Make based off an existing Figma design, I receive an error “"Some images in your design are too large to upload. Try using smaller or fewer images." regardless of how small or large the Figma frame I am uploading is. I even tried uploading a frame with one single button, still got this error.

Every new project in Figma Make now asks me to to save a gitkeep file. I assume this is a bug? Since when should designers be responsible for managing these production-level files?

Hi,Our team has been creating multiple pages using Figma Make. However, we realized that all the pages are in separate files, and we can’t figure out how to connect them with Prototype mode.We want to: Combine several Make pages (Landing, Dashboard, Courses, etc.) into one Design file. Add Prototype links between the frames (e.g., from the Landing page to the Dashboard). Is there a way to convert or duplicate Make files into regular Figma Design files so that we can use the Prototype feature?

My Next.JS imports are not rendering

When I click Esc with all this open (Fig. 1), it doesn’t, as I would have expected, close only color picker  but instead whole variable floating window all together. Figure 1: How it looks before Esc is pressed And when I open variables again, color picker is placed under variables window (Fig. 2) Figure 2: How it looks after I reopen variables after pressing EscAlso, when I select a color in variables and press “i” to select a color for it, color picker tool appears to be selected and shows hovered color on the artboard, but clicking it doesn’t apply the color to the selected variable (Fig. 3). However, I don’t know if it already how it is supposed to work.  Figure 3: If I click on this color, it won’t set to the variable color but instead would only copy color to the clipboard.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with Figma Make. It seems like the autosave isn't working properly: every time I try to close the file, I get a warning saying that my changes are not saved, even though I've been working on it for a while.The biggest problem is that I’ve wasted all my AI credits repeating the same prompt dozens of times. I was trying to apply the same edit repeatedly because the changes simply wouldn't show up in the Prototype mode.Basically, I paid the "credit price" for the generation multiple times, but since the file failed to sync/save, I have nothing to show for it and now my quota is empty.Has anyone encountered this "save loop" or found a way to force a sync when Figma Make hangs? Also, is there a way to contact support for a credit refund in cases of technical glitches like this?Thanks for any help!

Hello,Any updates on the review for the plugin we want to publish “Properties & Variants Manager”?It is a plugin to handle changes in variants / peroperties name and values, very convenient for design system designers.A use case: A designer is publishing the design system, but didn't realize on some components she called an option for a property Size "Sm", but in other components "Small". Without the plugin, she has to manually check each component and update the property. With the plugin, she can discover more easily this problem, and as well solve it with few simple clicks. Thank you!Andrea - Amadeus

We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."My Figma account email is: elizabeth_franklin@students.ocean.edu, and my username is: elizabeth_franklin.I have successfully verified my student status via my school email, and my account role is already set to "Education". However, when trying to upgrade my free team to the Education plan, I keep encountering the "Verification Limit Exceeded" error and cannot complete the upgrade. I have never redeemed the Education offer on this account before, and this is my first attempt to upgrade the team to the Education plan. I have also tried clearing my browser cache, re-logging into my account, and using different browsers, but the error still persists.
