Whenever I reduce the opacity of a frame, the stroke opacity also gets reduced automatically. In many design cases, I want the frame background to become transparent while keeping the stroke fully visible.Currently, both the fill and stroke opacity change together, which makes it difficult to achieve certain UI effects and design styles.It would be very helpful if Figma could provide:Separate opacity controls for frame fill and stroke or An option to preserve stroke opacity while adjusting frame transparency

Since a few months I have a bug where I cannot correctly paste components, items, anything into some components (in a set). This is quite frustrating and makes my workflow so much harder then necessary. would like to report an issue related to the Collab seat subscription and request a subscription adjustment.I subscribed to an annual Collab seat by mistake, based on the understanding that it would allow me to freely create and manage multiple projects and design files, which is the main reason I use Figma. After subscribing, I discovered that the Collab seat has significant limitations that prevent me from creating multiple projects/files as needed, making it unsuitable for my workflow.These limitations were not clear to me at the time of purchase, and as a result, the subscription does not support my primary use case.Instead of requesting a refund, I would like to ask if there is a way to: Convert my annual Collab seat subscription To a monthly Full seat (Professional seat) Or apply the remaining balance as credit toward upgrading to a Full seat This would allow me to continue using Figma properly without losing the value of the subscription I already paid for.I appreciate your

Hello, I can not edit my own file in figjam. I know I have two accounts to figma, but I can not figure out which one owns my file that I can not edit. I suspect there is a third account that I can not sign into - since I am missing some files. I have created a student profile with my school email, and I suspect there was a regular account with the same email address before turning it into a student account. Could you please help? 

 I’m hoping someone can clarify this for me. I used to copy objects from Adobe Illustrator with Cmd +C and paste them into Figma with Cmd +V, and they would arrive as editable vectors. I’m absolutely certain this worked before. Lately, though, every paste comes in as a flattened image instead of vectors. Nothing in my workflow has changed, so I’m starting to wonder if I’m losing my mind! Has Figma (or Illustrator) changed something recently? Is there a setting or workaround I’m missing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

After I transferred team ownership to another user and left the team, all files in my drafts unexpectedly disappeared. These files include almost all my past works—not only company‑related projects but also my personal portfolio and self‑introduction, which are extremely important to me. I would like to know how I can recover them.

Whenever I am trying to swap tokens or variable instances from my design system library files or trying to pull updates, I am facing the same error be it a component or a variable. And this is happening for all the files in my project folder that have the libraries added.I have raised a support ticket as well.

Hello,I am facing a critical billing issue. I already submitted a support inquiry via email, but I received absolutely no response. Since your team is completely ignoring my email, I am posting here out of sheer frustration and need a support manager to contact me via Private Message (DM) to resolve this immediately.Summary of the issue:1. I subscribed to the Collab Seat ($5/month), and the $5 payment was successfully charged. I canceled the subscription immediately after that.2. Even after cancellation, your system continuously attempted to charge me $16.50 USD. 3. Because of these strange charges, I initially deleted my account. 4. In my design system there are specific screens that repeat itself many times. This screen is a complex screen. On the screen i have a table view and when i press on the table rows it opens a side drawer with more information. I created components and nested components for the table rows, the tables, the side drawer (as a boolean) and after i set up all the smaller components i decided to create 1 big component. Because i was using this specific screen many times. Now i made small updates to some small components that are nested inside the big component. I updated the library but the changes didn’t update...And even more frustrating: all instances of the big component set back to its default. Meaning, i have to go and start updating all the instances now for all the different states that i accounted for inside of the smaller nested components…. Please help me out here…!!!

When hiding an object inside an Instance of a Component with Slots, the object is also hidden in the Component itself and thus in other Instance.In this case: if I hide the blue info block in the Instance in one modal, it also hides in another modal and in the modal content componentChanges to an Instance should not influence its Component.   

We have an issue in our project files sometimes the components appear misplaced and we need to manually click click on them until they are reset to go back to their correct state, see screenshots below. How can we resolve this?

Hi everyone, I ran out of AI credits in Figma while working on my website and now I can’t continue using the AI features. Is there any way to keep editing the project without them, or switch back to normal editing mode? Also, do credits reset or can they be topped up somehow? Thanks!

Hi,I've been looking into this for a while now, and I haven't seen this issue reported anywhere.Since 3-4 days, when I have a component with nested components inside, if I ever try to create variants of this main components, it resets the inner components interaction.Example : Simple component, the interactions on the nested components works as intended. If I add a variant property to this component, whatever it is, the inner components interactions gets reset, and try to access its main component??I never had this problem before but since it started it occurs on all of my projects…The “reset component state” box is unchecked.I do have Figma’s latest version, tried reloading the tabs, restarted Figma itself, I don’t know what to do and it’s getting me mad, please help 😭
