I’ve used the Favicon upload tool in settings, using a Frame with PNG image with a 1:1 aspect ratio.Favicon looks great on tabs and everywhere else it appears. However, it does not appear on the Google Search listing for the website. Hello. I need help with an urgent billing and account access issue, and I am hoping someone here can escalate it.I am on a paid annual plan. Last month I was charged over $400. My only authorized purchase was a one-time AI credit top-up of around $142, which is fine. The problem is the additional recurring monthly AI credit subscription of $240 that I never signed up for. While I was still waiting to hear back, my access was blocked, and now I cannot open or work on any of my files at all.This is affecting my work. !-->I have finally managed to reproduce this issue.When you have a component with a slot. You can use an instance of that component, add subcomponents to the slot and adjust the width of the subcomponents. But on tab reload, when clicking that width adjusted subcomponent, the width resets to it's last known size before you adjusted it.This can be reproduced in different ways. I created two demos.Demo using pre-filled subcomponents:Create a list-item component   Create main list component, which has a slot with the list-item pre-filled.   Create an instance of the list component and adjust the width of an item. I'm trying to publish a widget (not a plugin). My manifest includes widgetApi and containsWidget: true as required for widgets. When I try to  publish via Plugins → Development → Publish, I get:                                   ▎ "Unable to create Plugin version: A plugin version cannot have 'containsWidget' set."                              ▎ It seems the publish flow is treating my widget as a plugin. . How do I get this to publish as a widget?

Figma is constantly changing the content layout, components size, texts, and missing icons.In order to fix it I have to give attention to the element (click on it) or even to fix the components size and text again and again. It can happen multiple times per day on the same file.It’s becoming super frustraiting! Especialy when I send the design for review/approval and the elements are off. Thus, I receive comments that something is missing or off.

I’ve been trying to use Figma Make to create a Make Kit for my design community, but this has revealed a real pain to do. For days I’ve been burning my AI tokens trying to replicate the components from my library (for some reason, there should be a better, cleaner, and more token-efficient way to do it, but well, that’s for another day).Now, I reached a point where I was ready to publish a few components I just created (around 10), but to my surprise, the Publish/Update Kit button was disabled. I tried multiple things, both myself and using the AI chat, but nothing seemed to help. Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Figma Prototype mode.Previously, all frames connected within one flow were shown when navigating through the prototype with the arrow keys. Now, some connected frames are skipped and don’t appear in Prototype mode, even though they are connected in the flow.I also tested this in another file with another design, but the same issue still happens.I don’t understand what changed or how to fix it. Is this expected behavior, a known bug, or is there any workaround?Thanks!

Hi, this is the second time I've experienced issues exporting video from Buzz. When I try to export, the process gets stuck, it never finishes, and it doesn't generate the video.

The title says it all. It’s becoming more glitchy every time I use it. Can’t even get simple functionalities like copy/paste to work correctly.

Our Organization workspace is locked by an automated payment modal for Invoice F63A1593-0018, which has halted our production pipeline.The system issued a renewal invoice for 9 full annual seats. Our team consists of 2 designers and 3 developers, requiring a total of 5 paid seats. Finance cannot approve an invoice for more seats than the active count of designers and developers. This issue must be resolved immediately so we can clear the block, process the payment for the correct seat allocation, and get back online.A support form has already been submitted under Ticket #1927205 (account email: redacted by the moderator due to PII). We need an account specialist to:1. Void invoice F63A1593-0018.2. Issue a revised renewal invoice for 5 active seats (2 Design, 3 Dev Mode) so it can be paid immediately.3. My Figma desktop hasn’t worked i am on Windows 10 with pretty decent specs., it works fine on the browser but not on my desktop the background process is showing in the task manager but it won’t draw any power from the CPU. I tried clearing the cache memory, turning off the firewall, and fresh installing it but whenever I open the setup it buffers, and shows the Figma symbol, and that’s it! It won’t ask me for the location to install or if I want a desktop/start menu file. Then if I search for Figma it shows that the app is installed but still won’t open and the Figma agent is open in the background without drawing any power. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey there,Short version: Component with a slot, component is used in a frame, ready for dev state is set, later it doesn't reset when the slot content is changed.Longer versionI was using slots to create template for an application page, so I only need to fill the content area (represented by a slot) for each page I design for this application.When I first use an instance of my master page component and fill the slot with some content the ready for dev state is changed to not ready, when it was ready before. This is the correct behaviour, BUT when I then change the content within the slot, the ready for dev state is not removed and it is still ready for dev although I made changes within the slot.Does anyone have the same issue, is it a bug or the wanted behaviour?

Prototypes looks broken when presenting in Figma slides together with presentation notes. It works fine if you present without notes. Problem happens both with and without external monitor connected.In attached image you see gray squares that appear on top of the prototype (frame background color).We found this bug in front of a large audience, please look into this! Hey i hope anyone has some tips for me.I’ve been working with the windows app since january and experienced cache issues when making changes in the library and publishing to working files.Recently i split the components library up into 2 files, 1 for variables and 1 for components. We are running a multibrand design system and it was starting to get unweildy with just one library file. All ok there.So the structure is:variable library components library pulling in variables consuming working file linking to both libraries All of our components are built using atoms and nesting. But even just placing a button in the consuming file doesnt show eg the updated font colour.Now our freelancer who uses a mac has also started experiencing caching issues in the working files. We regularly delete cache. But changes do not show. Its starting to get a real problem  😭😭😭😭

If additional digital products need to connect to the foundations layer in the future, they could independently consume and publish the shared foundations without being tied directly to the component library.However, I’m running into a few practical issues.Because the system is large and multi-brand, I spend a huge amount of time publishing updates in the Foundations file and then importing those updates again into the Components file. I’m running into a weird issue with interactive components in Figma and I’m not sure if this is a bug or just a limitation of how hover states work.I have a menu button component with 3 variants:Default Hovered ExpandedInteractions:Default → Mouse enter → Hovered Hovered → Mouse leave → Default Hovered → On click → Expanded Expanded → On click → DefaultThe Expanded variant contains a dropdown slot with submenu buttons.Problem:When I click the button, the Expanded state appears for a split second and immediately switches back to Hovered. Hey team, I found a bug in the Figma prototype regarding text rendering/layout.In Design mode, all report content displays correctly, but in Prototype mode several text blocks are getting clipped/truncated and large blank spaces appear between sections.Affected sections include:Supramax / Ultramax Atlantic Market Pacific Market Period MarketExamples:Paragraphs stop mid-sentence Some text disappears completely Large empty gaps appear even though content exists in the editorFrom checking the layers, this looks related to Auto Layout / fixed height / clip content behavior in Prototype mode.
