Generative Plugins in Figma Buzz

If I create a brand-specific generative plugin, can I use that plugin’s sliders and controls in a template I send to Figma Buzz, so non-designers can use the plugin when creating assets?

If so, how do I do this? I’m not looking to publish a plugin for everyone to use.

Hey! I was actually trying to do something similar.

From what I could figure out, it doesn't seem like Buzz templates can use custom plugin UI (like sliders, buttons, or other controls) inside the template itself. I couldn't find a way to make a plugin's controls available to non-designers through Buzz.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I wasn't able to get that part working. If anyone has managed to connect a private/brand-specific generative plugin with Figma Buzz templates, I'd love to know how you did it.

It seems like you can do it, but it’s unclear if you need to publish your plugin first.

On this page, it says:

Connect Figma Buzz to your favorite apps. Pull in approved brand imagery from your DAM, translate at scale with a TMS, or make your own plugin.

Sometimes you just want a quick slider or button for something and it would make more sense if that was integrated into the Figma Buzz brand template rather than a standalone plugin you need to find and add.

Also, it would be great to be able to add timeline motion to Buzz, like having different animations for a non-designer to choose from. Or simple animation presets to do transitions etc. without needing an external plugin/subscription.
