Hi Figma support team,  I have been charged today for profesional plan with 3 seats. This is my personal account, I do not have a team or need for 3 seats. Please cancel my subscription and refund the money. I’m currently unemployed and this amount is a lot for a monthly tool expenses. Please help me with the processes, here is invoice number: TTUITJUZ-0002  Thanks

In Adobe Experience Manager(AEM), the images are tagged with custom metadata. I’m using the AEM Assets Connector plugin to retrieve the images from AEM into Figma. However, after processing the images and exporting them back to AEM, the custom metadata is getting stripped off.Is there a way to preserve the metadata when exporting the images back to AEM?

Hi Team,I hope you're doing well. It's more than two weeks but our plugin PDF to Figma Design is still in review.Could you please let us know the current status of the submission? We would really appreciate any update or estimated timeline you can share.Thank you for your time, and we look forward to hearing from you.

I'm on a Starter plan and reached the Figma MCP tool call limit. When does my MCP allowance reset and then how can i see it?

We've been using Figma Buzz actively since the beta (about 1.5 years). One of our files now has a large number of assets and more than 60 asset groups (or rows). Problem:In grid view, we can't scroll to the bottom of the canvas. The view stops at a certain point, so the last asset group(s) can't be reached. The assets in those groups are only visible in asset view. It looks like there might be a maximum canvas height or scroll limit in grid view.We work in grid view most of the time because it's much easier for preparing carousel posts. As a workaround we're splitting the assets into two files, which isn't ideal.

We are experiencing an issue with published components from our Tria Design System library in a consuming Figma file (Tria Mobile App (Current)).Certain library updates cannot be successfully applied. When we accept the update, Figma appears to process it, but the same update immediately reappears. In Review updates, both the current and updated previews show “Preview unavailable.”There are currently three affected components:Utility Support — simple icon component. This issue has persisted for approximately one week. Review Updates reports 25 instances. Info — simple icon component. This issue has also persisted for approximately one week and reports 2 instances. Text Field Single Line — began exhibiting the same behavior today, immediately after I rebuilt several component properties and published a relatively large update. It reports 2 instances.Utility Support investigationThis component is particularly easy to reproduce/debug because it is extremely simple: it contains only a vect

When trying to right size our seat allocations, we cannot switch a monthly billing cycle of a user over to an available annual seat, with out adding a new seat to our annual subsprction.Couldn’t find any procedure to change this over.

Can Figma's personnel management feature be enhanced with a "Name Notes" function? Many usernames are email addresses, and some collaborators may only be temporarily involved in a project, so they are reluctant to take the time to change their Figma nickname. During periods of personnel turnover, when it comes to adding permissions or removing team members, it can be very inconvenient to manage as it is difficult to distinguish one person from another.

I want to set admin role for a member. But I can't find any function to do that. I'm leaving now

Figma Library color search is not working as expected. I tested this in Figma web, Figma Desktop app, Figma Beta App is not working as expected.Thank you.

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected charge on my account. I recently cancelled my subscription, but I was still issued a charge for a prorated seat adjustment. These extra seat upgrades were completely accidental and unintended. I was not aware that viewers had automatically upgraded themselves to paid seats, nor was I aware that I would be billed retroactively after hitting cancel.Since the account is now cancelled and we are no longer using these features, I kindly request that you review my account history and issue a courtesy refund for this final transaction.Thank you for your time and help.

An animated loader from our Design System does not animate in prototype mode when newly inserted from the Assets panel into one specific design document.Older instances of the same library component still animate correctly in this document. Copying and pasting those working instances also preserves the animation. The component works correctly in other documents. The source component has destination variants configured, using After delay → Change to → Smart Animate interactions.Steps to reproduce:Open the affected document.Insert the “hexagon” loader from the Assets panel.Open the containing frame in prototype mode.Observe that the newly inserted loader remains static.Copy an older, working loader instance into the document and preview it: it animates correctly.Expected behaviorNew instances inserted from Assets should animate like existing instances of the same published library component.Actual behaviorNewly inserted instances remain static, while older instances and duplicates of them

Its super hard to resize the prototyping preview window that overlays on top of your figma file. I have to re-hover constantly at the edges and it only randomly allows me to resize it. Seems like recent updates have broken the function that used to work without issue in the past.  Pls fix its super annoying when trying to prototype. Thanks!

When I attach an image to the prompt window and send it with a prompt, it can not locate the image! Can’t do anything swapping or create a new section with image! Help!

Dear Figma Support Team,I am writing to report several issues I’ve encountered while working with multiple Figma accounts simultaneously. These problems started recently (possibly after a recent update) and are significantly impacting my workflow. My colleagues are also experiencing the same issues, suggesting this is not an isolated case.Issue 1: Authentication Failure via App-to-Web RedirectWhen I click on an account in the Figma desktop app to log in, it redirects me to the web browser as usual. However, even after completing the login process in the browser, the app often fails to register the login. I have to repeat this process 2–3 times before the account successfully logs in.Issue 2: Loss of Seamless Session Recovery for Multiple AccountsPreviously, if I had multiple files open from both Account A and Account B and my computer went into standby, I could simply re-log into both accounts upon waking the device to continue working. Now, even after logging into both accounts, the o

I would like to request that drawings made with the Draw tool in Figma Make are automatically saved, even when the user closes the window before submitting the prompt.Currently, if a user runs out of AI credits and cannot send the prompt, all drawings and annotations are lost when the window is closed. It would be very helpful if the Draw tool's markup could persist in the file or chat history, so users can return and submit their prompt once their AI credits are replenished. This would prevent the loss of significant work and improve the user experience.

Colour variables fail to load. They’re hosted in a core brand system file, published, and the library is active across different files. For some reason they never seem to load, and selecting an ‘unloaded’ variable results in the object turning white. I’ve tried hiding/unhiding from publishing, removing/reactivating the library, but I can’t find a solution.

Hey teamI’m trying to restore a file from my trash but it’s not working on mobile browser. I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome and safari) on iOS on desktop mode and using specialised desktop experience browser apps but it’s still not working. what happens is that when I’m in trash I can click on a file but it doesn’t open up anything. I can see the files are there, but can’t open them up or see any options for restoring or permanently deleting. i need to be able to do this urgently and I don’t have my desktop with me as I’m not near my home or work, so mobile it is.please let me know if this can be resolved. Thank you

Hi all.I have a web page for which I’ve used the AI agent to help create two simple animations:1. Two images that fan out - this happens once, and is set to ‘Play Once’2. A character holding a card which gently rocks back and forth - set to ‘Loop’. They both work fine individually. But when I place both onto the page, they default to either both play once or both to loop, and lose their initial attributes. Is it possible to have both on the same page but retain their attributes?Cheers

The top toolbar in FigJam files on the Figma iPad app is missing controls (three-dot menu, timer, undo etc.) while the profile icon, page icon, and add-a-person icon remain. Version 26.37.0 Timing appears to align with the newest version update. It worked great until it suddenly didn’t.

I have 4 published sites running via Make.  For 3 of them, when I navigate to the “domain” screen, I have a base domain and a connected domain.  For the 4th, I only have a connected domain. The site works if I go direct, but I can not add attributes so that the site is visible for SEO unless I can see the base domain? Then I noticed that I could see (when using the browser) there was a little blip in the load when I selected “domains”, so I recorded it and found this:For a split second “base domain” is visible, and it says example.figma.site.  In a flash, the connected domain populates with the correct information?I un-published and re-published...and nothing happened.  The site is up if I go direct. How do I get the base domain for the site? Thanks

Please enable Figma motion to work for “Change To” interaction in components. I use it in specific sections that change on click / mouse enter interactions but can’t use it because of this obstacle.Example: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd variant has animations. When I proto click → change to variant 2, the animation does not load. However if I have it looped, it starts after the full loop time length finishes for some reason. It works when using “Navigate To”, so for now I have to fake it by creating multiple frames of the full page instead of it simply working within the specific section.
