Hi Figma team! Recently I noticed issue with performance.For ex. 1. When I click on any frame. Frame becomes active after few millisecond. Not instantly. I compared Figma with Creatie and Motiff. They are selecting layers instantly. (Same as Figma was before) 2. Moving (dragging) elements also has some delay (in milliseconds) If I click on any frame and move by dragging, it delays a little bit. 3. Jumping between pages slowed down, in other word, when I click to other page it loads a bit longer (even if page has few frames.) Before in figma, switching between pages was instantly. Until recent update Figma was very fast. That's why I switched from Sketch. I can record a video as proof. (Sorry my english is not good to explain) Thanks!
While onboarding at a new company, I rely heavily on the structure that assets/components have. In UI3 there is no structure of the assets, just a long list of all the components 😱.How am I supposed to find anything now the structure is totally gone. Am I missing something? Do I have a setting wrong? Considering we will be forced to work with UI3 in 2 days, I have to solve this issue now. I understand changes are hard for every user (maybe more so for designers), and I’m trying to adapt, but its a struggle if things don’t work properly. Lost all of my speed in designing. It’s a pretty big issue in general. Anyway if we can solve this assets issue that would be great.
I know that I can export as SVG from draw.io and then drag and drop in FigJam but this does not allow me to edit. I would like to import a flowchart from draw.io in an editable format. Thanks.

I use figma to make an isometric map and I have to duplicate several images to make a background but when I see it in prototype, these black line appear bettween the images’ edges and I don’t know why. I’m signed in under my personal email in standard account. I have tabs currently open on my desktop that I can’t access. Some are drafts some are saved. I used to be associated with a previous company (Accolade) but my personal email would have not been used for that figma account. Some of the drafts that I’ve recently started are also not displaying in ‘recent files’. Please advise.
Hi Figma Support Team, While offboarding from a client project as an external contractor, I attempted to download files that I had been invited to collaborate on via the organization's Figma workspace. I was closing down my workspace tabs as part of my offboarding process. I initiated the export/download process for approximately 20 open files, but the download only successfully completed for 5 files. The majority of files failed to export or were missing entirely from the download archive. Unfortunately, this technical failure placed me in a very difficult situation. The incomplete download has been misinterpreted by the client as an unauthorized mass file transfer, despite the fact that: All files accessed were within my authorized Figma access during my engagement I was carrying out normal offboarding activity And the download itself was incomplete and not representative of the workspace I am raising this issue both to flag a potential problem with Figma's file export or API behavio
Hi, i just wondering. How it is Possible to use Click to Navigate to other frame and wrap it all to just One Frame that showing on Prototype and then When you click it will change the content only. Maybe this Wireframe Flow can help my question. Please kindly check the Picture. Frame “PROTOTYPE” = is the Final the Design that i wanted, the other Frame “FRAME 1, FRAME 2, FRAME 3” that is the Frame that i want to wrap into 1 Frame. But they all navigate into each others. So when searching for the file name on the add new file page. Can you also add the project name so you don’t open the wrong file? the contents of the search results should be quite the same when we search for files on the home page

When I copy and paste stuff the pasting places elements in the most random locations. This used to be one of the best features figma had, flawless positioning on paste. It is quite sad that this feature broke and time gets invested in those pal characters.
Sometime a prototype, regardless of presentation (ctrl/cmd+alt+enter) mode or Preview mode (shift+space), doesn’t update. While in Presentation mode it requires to → Reload the page of the presentation: I notice something isn’t updated Move cursor to the window tab Reload tab While in Preview mode it requires to → Switch what page is selected from the left panel in order to trigger a forced reloaded prototype (figma logo + loading): I notice something isn’t updated Close prototype preview window Select a different page from the left panel → wait for it to load Select the original page that contains the Frame that I want to preview → wait to load Select the Frame → shift+space → Prototype loads in preview window (figma logo + loading bar) I’m asking to include a CTRL/CMD+R or Shift+R to force reload a prototype: I notice something isn’t updated Shift+R → Prototype loads in preview window (figma logo + loading bar) This saves me to close and swap pages which in a large file switching pag
Whenever I move my frame, the lines i created won’t follow. They dissociate themselves (although being in a group element) from the rest of my design. How to freeze them within the frame?
Everytime I leave Figma window to go to another window, I get this “New available font: Raleway” notifications. Why is this happening? How do i turn it off?
