You are in Draw mode. Switch to Design

Hi, just chiming in, I had similar experience but I actually were in Design mode, but layout options where simply not there. Reloading tab and restarting Figma didnt help, but switching to Draw and then back to Design did, so thanks!

Just want to add here and say that it’s very frustrating when Figma changes things every year. It’s exciting to have new features, but it’s disappointing that Figma designers don’t future prove their design decisions, and end up changing things around every year. Then it’s hard to appreciate the changes and really go all in, as things may change again next year!
