Hello~

I want to upgrade to a professional plan.
In the window where you select the seat types for all members, there are two members I want deleted.

- One is Figma Support and by default it is selected as a paid full seat. Which is really weird. I cannot delete this member. Only “View and comment only” option available.

- Second is a collaborator with whom I no longer collaborate with and there is no option to delete this member (only “View and comment only” < which I don’t want either, but I cannot find any menu where I can seclude him).

Does anyone have a similar experience and maybe has a solution these oddities?

Hi there! It’s likely showing up because we were invited to the file for troubleshooting purposes. Once you remove us from the file, it should no longer appear during the upgrade flow. Rest assured, this won’t count as a paid seat. I’ve also created a support ticket on your behalf so we can check your account in the backend. Your support ticket number is #1358507.
 

About your second question, only the file owner or the team admin can remove collaborators. You can’t delete users directly from the team settings. Instead, you can remove a user by changing their role to 'View and Comment Only' (This removes their editing access and ensures they're not counted as a paid seat) and then, managing their access through the team settings (You can remove their access to individual files/projects via the Share settings.).
