I have a full seat account with my company, however am seeing a "Upgrade to Professional" when trying to access Figma Sites or Dev Mode?

When looking at my plan it says I am on “Starter” which is incorrect. My manager has the admin view and I am included as a full seat. I had access to Dev mode last week and am now getting an upgrade error?

Hey @Collin Cooper,

So I understand you're seeing your plan as Starter, but it should be Pro.

I've checked our system, and it looks like you actually have access to one Pro team and one Starter team.

If you're seeing an "upgrade to Pro" message, that likely means the project or file you're working on is currently located within your Starter team.

Could you double-check that you're in the correct team by switching between them in your file browser? This guide shows you how: Guide to the file browser > Your side bar > Team

Hope this helps clear things up!

Thanks,
