Hi all! I’m having a hard time creating a responsive navigation bar to my Figma Sites. My navbar is currently set it fixed so it moves with scrolling. I Have a parent frame that is auto-layout and inside it other frame containing navlinks. I would like the navbar’s weight to be filled to page, but whenever I go to dropdown menu, it only gives me options for fixed weight and hug. If I try to adjust the weight manually, it goes off-centered in every breakpoint. Can someone help me?
It's been two weeks since the config event, and I still don't have access to Figma Make — neither on my free account nor on my paid account. Could you let me know how much longer it will take, especially for paid seats?
Some quick context: I recently created a basic Figma slides template. After using the template & theme to create an actual presentation, I identified some new slides that I would like to include into the original template. When copy pasting the slides that used the template into the original template file, it created a duplicate template with the same name for the slides that were pasted in, even though they used the original theme of the template. The main issue I have here is that when swapping the template to the original, it randomly shuffles the colors. So I have to adjust the entire slide. I feel like updating templates over time based on real usage is pretty common, and the current behavior makes it rather awkward. Thanks!
I know it’s a 4 year old topic, but i’m losing SO MUCH TIME on this now. My flow: create components in Figma with several variations of colors, text, etc. use said components as stickers inside FigJam to create flows and have conversations with my peers. My issue: Everytime I want to update a Figma component, and I sync manually them… they are not changed inside FigJam. I need to delete the sticker, reload the page, put a new identical sticker, and then choose the variant I need. It does entirely remove the advantage of using components. I understand that for old FigJam boards, it might seem like changes brought with Figma could break the boards… but since we’re doing already a step of syncing the components in Figma, I don’t see why we can’t have that in Figjam too… or just don’t care about it. Updating components is not the same as creating or deleting components. It should work. As is, I can’t use the power of components, and that’s pretty frustrating.
how do I set spacing mode to a frame, I cannot find this setting in the advanced settings section
Hi! My company has been having trouble getting ahold of someone at Figma and we are not thrilled with the support bot. We would like to talk with a human about our plan accidentally being bumped up to the wrong plan. We had Pro and want to stay there, but we got invoiced for the organizational plan. -Now, it seems like we are stuck... PLEASE HELP!!!!
Hi all, When i’m exporting to a JPG with a dark background, the export is adding 1px to its original size which then creates a thin white line top and bottom
As title says: I’m using Figma to create a library of assets and stickers to use with Figjam, more suited for collaborative work. An issue I noticed is that the colors varies when imported into figjam. It’s like the colors have lost some saturation. It really looks like one of those conversions from RGB to CMYK. It would be perfect if Figma, when used in the browser, had an option to keep a design open in the browser—even when the desktop app is installed. The Figma app is great, and everyone who uses it (myself included) likes it, but sometimes users would prefer to use it 100% via the browser. Unfortunately, Figma doesn’t have a native setting to choose whether files/designs open in the browser or the app—they always redirect to the app.
I saw this topic but seems the most recent is still a year old. I tried everything mentioned yet when I’m in design mode and show presentation then copy the link and try it ina browser I;m not logged into, I sitll see the force account gate. I tried this on both desktop app and browser. No dice. Please advise.
Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a web app prototype in Figma and I’ve hit a strange issue. I’ve set up a frame that’s 834x1194px and contains content that overflows vertically. Here’s what I’ve done so far: The parent frame has “Clip content” checked ✅ Overflow behavior is set to “Vertical scrolling” ✅ The content inside clearly exceeds the height of the frame ✅ Prototype settings seem correct, and the screen is connected in the flow ✅ Still, when I preview the prototype, I can’t scroll vertically at all — the screen is completely static. I’ve tried rebuilding the frame from scratch, playing with layers, checking constraints, and ensuring nothing is hidden or locked. Still no luck. Here’s a link to a duplicate version of the file, in case anyone wants to take a look:👉 If you’ve encountered this before or have ideas, I’d love your help! Thanks so much,Marine
