Whenever I search for something in Community, I’m taken to the results page as expected. But if I click into a resource and then hit the back button, I’m returned to the Community landing page instead of my search results. This forces me to search all over again for what I was looking for.

I understand you're having trouble getting back to your search results in the Figma Community after clicking on a resource.
I tried to replicate this on my end by directly accessing the Community via https://www.figma.com/community, searching for something, clicking a resource thumbnail, and then hitting my browser's back button. For me, it returned to the search results page as expected.
I might be misunderstanding what you're seeing, so could you share a video recording demonstrating this behavior?

In the meantime, you might want to try using the "Templates and tools" section to search for Community resources.
When you click a resource from those search results, it opens a modal. From there, you can either open the resource in a new tab or just close the modal to get back to your search results.
