I’m really hoping someone here can help, because I’m stuck and support hasn’t replied.
I accidentally added one extra full seat to my plan (I already had 2 collaborators). I removed it right after, thinking that would cancel it — and it was never assigned or used.
But now I’ve been charged for it anyway, and I still see 1 unassigned full seat showing up as "available" in the billing section. I can’t find any way to cancel or remove it.
Has anyone had the same issue? I really don’t want to be billed again for a seat I’m not using.
