Hi all, I am trying to create localised assets for my company and using Figma Buzz and the Bulk Create feature. I paste in the template I am working with into Figma Buzz, upload the xlsx file with the format as attached but when connecting the items and clicking “Create assets” it’s creating the assets but it’s just duplicating them. It’s not replacing the text as per the spreadsheet. What am I doing wrong? Or is this a bug?
Hi Figma team, I wanted to share a bit of feedback that could improve the experience of working with AI-generated content in Figma. I frequently use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to generate structured content, especially tables formatted in markdown. When I copy these tables into platforms like Google Docs or Microsoft Word, the structure is preserved and rendered as expected. However, when pasting the same content into Figma, the markdown formatting is lost—tables end up appearing as plain chained text, which makes them unreadable and requires manual cleanup or reformatting. Steps to Reproduce: Ask an AI (e.g. ChatGPT) to create a markdown-formatted table. Copy the output and paste it into Figma. Observe that the table structure is not maintained—no columns or row alignment, just plain text. It would be a huge productivity win if Figma could improve its support for markdown-like structures, or at least offer better parsing for common table formats used in pasted text. Thanks for your amazi
Every file I try to open has the same issue: the working area is gray and I cannot interact with it. However, the menu works, I see all options and layers. Still, I can’t do anything with them. How can I fix this?
I’m building a web app. The issue I have is that the mobile frame options in Figma don’t include the header and footer that browsers have. So when you preview your work, it looks like a native app, not how you’d actually see it when browsing the web on a phone. I know I can manually add this as a header and footer for every frame for every page of the site I’m designing, but it’s kind of a pain. Real mobile browsing includes these headers and footers of the browser. 2. 3: Would like to see an option to turn on this kind of overlay for frames, so I can easily design for mobile browsing, and not just for native apps.
Is there a way to spell check and entire page without a plug-in? or do you have spell check each individual text layer separately?
After my previous plugins Tree Navigator and Icon Library Manager, I have now published my latest and biggest yet: ContentKit I have put together a playground file, where you can try it out right away: https://www.figma.com/community/file/1500498135891868616/contentkit-playground After spending many hours manually updating text across dozens of screens, keeping prototypes in sync while iterating, and struggling to tell compelling stories when presenting designs, I decided to create a solution to this problem that is powerful, flexible and performant. ContentKit is the result of that. So what can it do? 🤖 Generate content with AI to get started quickly (obligatory feature) 🎛️ Update text, variant properties, component instances, and colors in your designs ✏️ Create and edit content directly in Figma, no import roundtrips and always have the latest data at hand 👥 Collaborate with your team, share datasets and let others contribute content while you design 🚀 Apply content in one click
I don’t use Figma all the time, I don’t want it to run anything on startup. It’s frustrating to manually remove Figma from Login Items, since it automatically adds itself there again. It would be nice to have at least an option to disable it in settings, or even better - remove that functionality at all, since it’s not user friendly. I want control over what and when the apps do at my workstation. P.S. If it’s needed for updates check - I’m more than okay to update on app start
Hi, We have one account, which is owner of 3 teams. Is their a possibility to collaborate on a project, where the users are using their license from their own team? We are now using professional and the owner of the team cannot be the same to connect to an external Team. Best regards, Joost Lauwen

Went to my backup account today and found that it doesn't support AI features. Although updated to UI3. Can you please tell me what the problem is if both accounts are on free for now. Thank you very much in advance for the answer.
Hello, In my design system, I would like to map a container variable that would be a fixed value in desktop but a fill container in mobile. I tried by setting a fixed value of 0 get the attention of the designers in order to make them change the value on their own but is there a way to automate this directly in the variable? I understand that this is not how variables are working but if there’s a workaround or a way to fix this, I’m taking it <3 Thanks !
Hi! I’m testing a site built with the new Figma Sites feature. I’ve set the top navigation bar as a sticky element and made sure it’s positioned at the very top of the layer tree. In the Layout panel, canvas stacking is set to “First on top.” Canvas stakcking settings It looks fine on Figma and Chrome(desktop & laptop) On Safari and mobile browsers, the sticky navigation bar appears underneath the hero section content, even though it’s set to be the topmost layer in the design. On Chrome (desktop & laptop): everything works as intended — the GNB stays sticky and always remains on top. On Safari (desktop & laptop) and all mobile browsers (Safari & Chrome): the GNB is sticky, but appears underneath other layers and is partially or fully hidden. Is there a workaround or fix for this issue? Thanks in advance!
Hello Team, we recently migrated to new domain. so now when i am trying to add mail id with new domain figma is not accepting. Can you please help with this issue.
I paid the annual fee for the Professional Annual Plan in May, but this June, I didn't use the full seat, but the full seat was charged for the year. I contacted the support team, but I haven't received a reply email yet. How long does it usually take to get a reply, and is a refund possible?
