Hi! After the last update Figma Make is completely unusable. It censors almost every request even with little droplet of frustration from user’s side. For example “what is it?????” is unacceptable That is extremely annoying because the model is good in fixing errors by the feedback from user, even if it is extreme frustration. Moreover, I don’t understand initial reason for the censorship in the first place. Are we already protecting model’s feelings? What for?
Trying to use the 'distribute horizontal (and vertical) spacing' option for points on a line so the points will be equally spaced out on a line but it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know why?
I'm experiencing an issue with the Payments API for my Kanban Board widget where users who've already paid are being asked to pay again on each new board. I am writing to report an issue I'm experiencing with my account. I have a professional subscription, for which I have paid, but I am currently unable to access the AI features. When I try to use the AI functionality, I receive an error message stating: "Limit reached for this feature until Jul 1, 2025." (Please refer to the attached screenshot for context). Given that today is June 14, 2025, and I have a professional subscription, I expected to have full access to these features. This limitation is preventing me from utilizing the service as intended, which is crucial for my work. Could you please investigate this issue and clarify why I am encountering a limit on a paid professional account, especially when the stated limit date is in the past? I would appreciate it if you could restore my access to the AI features as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end. Hi, I have a verified Educational plan, as seen below. It says it includes all features, but I when I try to create a Figma Site, it says I need to upgrade to a Professional account. So does it have all features or not? And when I submitted the form for Figma support, the email said: “Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you're contacting us from a Starter account. Customers on this plan receive support through our Community Support Forum.” Like what plan am I even on and how can I get someone from Figma to even attempt to help? Thanks everyone.
