ai functions don't work

Went to my backup account today and found that it doesn't support AI features. Although updated to UI3. Can you please tell me what the problem is if both accounts are on free for now. Thank you very much in advance for the answer.

I wanted to check in, can you confirm what plan your backup account is currently on? Figma AI features are only available on paid plans at this time, which could explain what you're seeing. A few other Forum members recently ran into something similar. You might find this helpful — check out the post marked as “Best answer” in this thread: Why don’t I have access to Figma AI features?

Yes my account is free, but I'm talking about the AI functions that are on the toolbar:

- background removal

- renaming layers.

- boost resolution and others

On other accounts of my colleagues they are present. Therefore, the question arises, maybe something is wrong and how to fix it?

I double checked just now on the features you mentioned, and at this time, those AI tools (like renaming layers, background removal, and boost resolution) are only available on paid plans. If you're seeing differences between your account and your colleagues', could you confirm what plan tier they’re on?
