I understand you're looking for a way to have users from three different teams collaborate on a single project without paying for extra seats.

Currently, having one project directly connect three teams isn't a feature we offer.

However, you might be interested in Connected Projects. This feature lets two separate teams work together in a shared project using billable seats from their own plans. Just keep in mind, there can only be one host and one external team per connected project.

Unfortunately Connected Projects does not work, because every team has the same owner. So we receive an error:

Unfortunately, the note on the Connected Projects page I linked previously states: "Each party must use different business domains."  So changing your plan would not alter this requirement.

With our professional plan we now have several seats spread over three teams. 
 

With the organization plan you can manage the seats a level higher and move them from one team to another. Is that right?
