Unused Full seats fee

I paid the annual fee for the Professional Annual Plan in May, but this June, I didn't use the full seat, but the full seat was charged for the year. I contacted the support team, but I haven't received a reply email yet. How long does it usually take to get a reply, and is a refund possible?

I checked on our backend, and our team is already looking into your inquiry. They'll reply to you once they've checked the details, so please kindly wait for them to contact you.

 

Just to clarify for anyone else who might come across this post: We don't offer prorated refunds for unassigned seats.

If you paid for that seat annually, it will remain available for you to assign to someone else until your annual plan renews.

If you don't need that seat anymore, you can make that adjustment when it's time to renew your plan. You can find more details here:  Remove or change seats during billing term

I can only see the replies shown here, and I can't see the replies to spam either. Please reply to (redacted by the moderator due to PII) with the date the full seat was activated and if it wasn't used, a refund will be given.
