So basically I had a massive file with all my portfolio work on it. I upgraded for a month on figma to be able to use some things on it and realised I dont really use anything on it to justify paying monthly. So when I went back to the free figma version I am not missing some of my figma files...

I am writing to sincerely request a full refund for all auto-renewal subscription charges on this account.I originally purchased the Professional monthly subscription only for trial use. As it is a month-to-month plan, I only intended to use the service for one billing cycle to see if Figma would fit my workflow.Figma could not meet my needs and fell short of my expectations after the trial, so I never intended to keep the subscription going.Until I noticed the recurring charges recently, this team account has been completely inactive. I did not log in, access any projects or use any paid features during this entire period.I would greatly appreciate it if you could cancel the subscription and issue a refund.

I cant publish my plugin since I changed the email adress of my figma account. I read some articles that are saying to reach out to customer service. I wrote an email to the support but got the auto-reply that prompt me to post in the forum first. so here we go again: please approve the changes to my account in order to being able to publish again. thank yoouuuuu

Education plan has AI enabled and other members can use AI, but my admin account cannot see “Rename layers with AI” in Figma Design command menu. My account has edit access to all projects and files.

When working with Auto-layouts, it seems that horizontal/X values and vertical/Y values & functions are reversed. If I set something as a horizontal layout, it goes vertical (and vice versa). If I set horizontal padding, the vertical padding is impacted instead.

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with prototyping that seem to have appeared recently and wondering if others have run into the same.Connections snapping to sections instead of framesWhen I drag a connection from one frame to another, it keeps connecting to a section rather than the frame itself. I understand Figma supports sections as prototype destinations intentionally, but it makes it really hard to target a specific frame precisely.When I try to set the destination manually via the dropdown instead, the frame doesn't show up in the list at all — only the section does. So I can't work around it that way either.Is there a reliable way to force the connection to land on the frame and not the section wrapper?

I feel that I’ve been opening issues about Figma more and more; please fix this!This morning when I opened Figma, most of my Local Variables were gone—and no, they were not deleted.I’m working on a full Tokens migration, and the branch I was working on had all collections gone. I went to check another file, and the variables were also gone. Some others still have it, and I can still roll back in the versioning to recover them, but this is a nightmare.This can break most of our files, as we use variables for many things in different files (modes, tokens, localization, etc).Can you please check if there’s any issue in the most recent update, as this is A BIG DEAL! 

Hi team Figma, I tried to change my payment settings from credit card to SEPA-debit. I’m working from the Neterhlands and have a professional seat. I had no option for the SEPA-debit, so I tried other browsers. That didn’t work out very well… because every time I try to change my payement settings I see this: There was an issue with loading our payment form. Please refresh and try again. I removed history in my browsers already, removed my password from the Apple Key, etc. I asked help on your chatbot. Restarted my computer several times… nothing is working, the same error appears every time. Please help me out! Thanks a lot.

As said in the title, there appears to be a white space at the top of the website when I have no resources that may have caused this. The frame ends where the hero picture ends and all of my components are spaced intelligently to avoid this. 

I had increased the number of seats to calculate total cost, but accidently increased the number of seats and now being billed for it. how do i reduce it? my company won't allow me the budget for increased seats and thus we are not able to go ahead with the payment

This seems to be a long standing byg in figma prototypes. When we change the color of text, the prototype doesn’t reflect the text color. I have to do a force refresh.

I have another question regarding a recent invoice for my team's subscription. yesterday I changed to professional and paid 2 Dev Mode seats. After few hours I added 1 dev mode seat and upgraded today 2 of those seats to Full Seats as those users required edit access. Following this change, I noticed that the Projected Subtotal is now $95, and there is a $40 charge under Billing Adjustments. I would like to know What exactly the $40 Billing Adjustment represents (whether it is a prorated credit for the downgraded Dev Mode seats or an additional charge). and i want to know if it is possible to get refund for 2 dev mode invoice and pay 2 full seats & 1 dev seat instead.

When I am using figma or figjam and typing in Japanese, the first character in text field always takes “two backspaces” to delete one character. This does not happen when I have already pressed enter to 確定, but it happens when I am not.

Hello!I have been using Figma in the browser for more than a year on this PC and this has never happened before. When I try to move or resize a selected element, the mouse jumps diagonally about 5 mm away, so I can't move anything anymore. It happened after 20 minutes of working on this file without any problem, but now the bug affects every component.(I recorded a screen capture to better understand this weird interaction.)(I may have made an error and accidentally activated an option without knowing it?)

Based on my testing, when slots are nested 3 or more levels deep and the innermost instance has a modified parameter (e.g., the innermost button has its text parameter changed to a non-default value), the get_design_context tool from Figma MCP (remote MCP) will consistently hang indefinitely and never return data. Nesting of 2 levels or fewer works fine.Additionally, if the button retains its default parameter values, no hang occurs regardless of how many nesting levels are used.Tested layer hierarchy: Layer 1 instance slot → Layer 2 instance slot → Layer 3 instance slot → Button with text parameter (changed to a non-default value)
