When looking at my plan it says I am on “Starter” which is incorrect. My manager has the admin view and I am included as a full seat. I had access to Dev mode last week and am now getting an upgrade error?

An image inside a mask looks fine in Figma Design, but when used in Figma Sites, the mask appears rotated in the preview, breaking the crop. Steps to Reproduce: Create a component instance with an image inside a mask in Figma Design. Confirm it looks correct in both design and prototype views. Add the component to a Figma Sites project. Check the preview in Figma Sites.(Redacted images)  

I previously  accessed my Figma account using my university-provided student email address. However, now that I’ve graduated, my university has deactivated that email, and I’ve lost access to my Figma account and the files associated with it.I would really appreciate it if you could help me transfer access to my personal email address so I can continue working on my designs and maintain access to my files.Please let me know if there is anything that can be done!

Hello! I extended my education plan, but I still can’t edit in my education project, as if I don’t have the right to edit it.

I’ve been following the fantastic insutructions here to create highlighted text for my slides. I would create them in figma then copy them into my slide. While editing the highlights appear correctly, but when presenting the effect is completely gone.Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

HiA lot has been said about the new UI.I share the same general thought. It’s not the best solution.Just starting to use it and two main aspects stand out:The toolbar at the bottom is bad. It collides with the working space and it collides with the operating system bottom bar - which makes you afraid to go to the figma toolbar. It makes you feel constrained. Bad. And it collides with all software out there. it’s just like an appendix in the way.Bottom buttons are good for mobile, not desktop.Why don't you put it on the top bar - which is very empty because no one works in so many projects at once, I suppose.You can even move these to the right and keep the toolbar in the left, without being another horizontal bar if that's what worries you.Or, since monitors have much more horizontal space and the design areas today are more and more vertical, maybe the toolbar could be vertical, at the left edge.Another problem I encounter is the lagginess of the Layers panel. I suppose it's because o

The “multiplayer” aspect of Slides is amazing.But we discovered it doesn’t work as it should, when using “Present + Notes”.When a presenter is spotlighted, their pointer movements and embedded prototype interactions only appear in the notes window, not in the present window.The current workaround for presentations over Zoom is to use the “share section of a screen” option to highlight the slide area within the notes window. This is not optimal! Feels like a simple bug to fix… or add the “spotlight” functionality to the present window.

This has been an ongoing issue within our design team for close to a year now.For some odd reason, passages of text have different kerning settings depending on who is typing within the text box EVEN THOUGH both of our text settings appear to be exactly the same. The kerning, leading, and paragraph spacing are all the same but for some reason Figma believes our text settings are slightly different.I posted it as a gif because its literally impossible to notice the difference unless you see it happening in real time, but man is it annoying when dealing with large passages of text and the rag!! Has anyone else come across this issue, and if so, did you manage to find a solution to it?

I’ve downloaded the font agent, installed it on my computer, restarted both Figma and my computer (Mac). And it’s still showing up in Figma as “Local fonts not enabled”. I’ve uninstalled the installer and did the process a few times with no success. Any thoughts as to how to fix this?

Hello~I want to upgrade to a professional plan.In the window where you select the seat types for all members, there are two members I want deleted.- One is Figma Support and by default it is selected as a paid full seat. Which is really weird. I cannot delete this member. Only “View and comment only” option available.- Second is a collaborator with whom I no longer collaborate with and there is no option to delete this member (only “View and comment only” < which I don’t want either, but I cannot find any menu where I can seclude him).Does anyone have a similar experience and maybe has a solution these oddities?Thank you and have a great day.  

Hi there, i’m trying to build a simple app navigation transition between two frames that contain fixed elements (navigation bars) and scrollable content. The first frame has a link element at the bottom of the scrollable content, which has a navigation interaction that triggers the transition to the second frame:You have to scroll to reach this link element Animation type is “Push” “Animate matching layers” is checked State → “Reset scroll position” is checked On click the transition starts and the matching fixed elements/navigation bars stay perfectly in place, as expected. BUT: the content on the second frame seems also to be scrolled and snaps back in position AFTER the transition animation is finished. Expected behavior would be that the scrollable content of the second frame is in its initial position according to the static layout and doesn’t snap. I’ve attached a screencapture of the unexpected/buggy behavior. Has anyone observed this behavior before and possibly found a solutio

To re-create this issue - take an image and copy of it For example - Image123.png & Banner123.png are 2 same PNGs with different name when imported in figma the name of layer 1= Image123 & name of layer 2 = Image123 which should not be the case since names are different

I dont know what happened, suddenly when i opened one file from recent, it showed try again or cancel (i think) , after trying several times , I clicked on Cancel, now I couldn't find that project anywhere, Not just this , i couldn't find another project aswell . What's happening?(I'm sure that I didn't delete any of those files)

Bonjour,Suite à une collaboration sur un projet, j'ai envoyé une invitation en tant que viewer à une collaboratrice. Cependant, elle m'assure qu'elle a simplement cliqué sur le lien que Figma lui a envoyé et cela l'a ajouté en tant que Full Seat avec une licence la plus chère et elle est devenue administrateur à ma place, ou avec moi.Le pire dans tout ça, c'est qu'à la base dans mon projet, il n'y avait aucun abonnement en cours, j'ai toujours fonctionné en mode gratuit, mais seulement depuis ce mois-ci, je suis passé en Collab seat, donc le moins cher en mensuel à 5€/mois. Mais maintenant, je me retrouve passé de 5€ à 37,42€, il y a désormais 2 sièges en Full seat, et 1 en Collab seat, alors que je n'ai jamais demandé ça. Pour réparer les erreurs potentielles, j'ai donc supprimé les membres du projet en ne me laissant que moi à nouveau, donc le seul propriétaire et administrateur du projet à la base, MAIS JE ME RETROUVE À NE PLUS ÊTRE L'ADMINISTRATEUR. Donc désormais, je n'ai plus per

I just wanted to add a new account.I headed to the many, under my face there’s Add a new account.It opens the browser, I input a neaw email and password, it tells me to go back to the application...but nothing happen, not even after quitting and if I try again it doesn’t let me try with a new email, just says “go to the desktop app”.The email I’ve typed is correct and I’ve not received any confirmation email yet.What am I missing?Thank you in advance. 

I somehow don’t see variables icon in my typography settings. I only see it against line height and letter spacing. Can someone help me out with this? I did create a number variable.  

Hi ​@figma_admin Although CSS grids are useful for consistent box sizes and much more. But inside Figma, I just noticed the width of 12col. grids with 20px gutter are varying. These were supposed to be equal.But these are same when we change gutter to 24px, the problem arises when we use gutter 20px in 12 col-grid.I attached ss for clarification.Have anyone noticed this before? 

I have a bunch of variables being set during an instance click interaction on a button component. In the button component, there is a variant hover interaction being set. On the individual instance, I try to set another variable in the variant interaction hover, which ends up deleting my click interaction. How can I get this to work? Can variables not be set on variant interactions, and have to be applied seperately with the click interaction? Current click interactionWhat I’m trying to do step 1What I’m trying to do Step 2 What’s happening afterwards (click interaction is gone) 

I’ve seen a few of these questions here but no true resolution. I have a a few project with in my account. There is one that I accidentally set to education and now a few of my team members cannot export or access the files because they do not qualify as students. How can i take my account status out of education and place it back into a free starter account?
