Report a Problem

When selecting multiple frames for export Figma will ignore some frames unless I go and manually export them individually. Is there something I am missing where when I group select 5+ frames and click export that I need to do to ensure everything is being exported at once, or is this a bug within Figma?

I set my text colour to the dark, primary colour. The opacity is at 100% but it looks grey! It changed suddenly when I put it within an auto-layout frame. I can’t fix it.Does anyone know what’s happening? 

Presentation viewSlide editor viewFor some reason when I go into presentation mode the prototype that I’ve added via the “Live interaction” button is shortening the view port of the prototype. I’ve tried restarting Figma and checking my prototype display settings, but neither seem to fix the issue. 

I’ve been trying to use icon fonts so that I can apply inline icons with text. Wingdings doesn’t work, it’s all appearing as text. none of the actual iconography. I also installed a free version of FontAwesome 6, and tried both the web and the desktop versions. Figma posts a note acknowledging ‘new font added’ but when I select it, it’s just text. How the heck do I do this. I tried the fontawesome plugin, but that’s just giving me svg shapes. I need TRUE inline text icons.

I have used figma for couple of times but whenever I tried to figma on linux it, here comes a persistent problem which is the Whole design doesn’t instead my screen gets red and only show some text. I have tried this on many linux distros, Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, MX Linux, AntiX linux, Pop OS, Void Linux but in all distros I face the same issue. I have tried to solve this I updated my browser, even tried it on Brave, Chrome, Chromium, Firefox but will always get the same problem. But when my one of the relative asked me for linux, I advised him  about ubuntu and he boot it and he likes it, so he also works with figma I asked him how well the figma is running are you getting any problem. Hi,I used to share figma files, everyone was happy, but lately, the figma screens/prototypes I am sharing aren’t loading for anyone. Not even for the developers, who actually have EDITING permission.What’s going on? Still too focused on the new UI nobody wants?

In the latest Figma update my videos in prototypes are no longer stopped when AutoPlay is disabled, they are all playing.

Having an issue like others whereby all of my prototypes involving video are now autoplaying said video and not respecting settings, regardless of what I select. This applies to Autoplay, sound on/off, and loop. What I’ve found:Video at top level (either standalone, or used as a fill for a frame) works Any video content inside a frame doesn’t work Hopefully this makes sense, but I’m happy to add a recording of this later if needed. Have tested in browser and in Figma app, on multiple machines (colleagues have tested, same issue).

Is this a new thing? now it is impossible to change the opacity values clicking on them + pressing Alt and moving the cursor.This is such a huge bummer and workflow disruptor, is there anything that can be done?  

Hello! Please help me to figure out the problem. Autosave doesn't work both in the web version and in the desktop app. Every time after moving files into a frame or any other actions, I'm warned that the changes have not been saved. Plugins aren't loaded, there have been situations when I was able to load them, but then the page started to freeze. I've tried logging in with and without VPN, both through the browser and through the app, it still doesn't work. I've cleaned the cache and the memory on the PC. I've tried to create a new Figma account. I've tried to log in through another PC. I've also tried to change the browser. Tried the same thing with the wi-fi.Nothing helps.I really look forward to your help in solving this issue.

I can’t login to my figma account as the my school had deleted the mail associated with the account, need help logging back in or to retrieve my files. Tried contacting support but they haven’t gotten back. Please help!

I have a 100x50 frame, and I am trying to set individual strokes on the left and bottom sides. Whenever the stroke size exceeds the corresponding dimension, the excess is added to the opposite side. In this example, you can see that the left stroke is 110px—10px larger than the frame’s width of 100px. Those extra 10px are added as a right stroke. The same applies to the vertical side. The bottom stroke is 105px—55px larger than the frame’s height of 50px. Those extra 55px are added as a top stroke. Is this the expected behavior? Thank you in advance!

I have a problem with duplicating a project. When duplicating, I get the following message. All my drafts and recent are empty, but I still can't duplicate. Where does the problem come from?

It’s just a disaster! It is impossible to do anything with an illustration even slightly larger than the slide size. Fun fact: the minimum zoom out depends on the browser width.

If I click on a prototype link, in prototype mode, it highlights a stronger blue colour. I then want to paste and replace (which to my mind should be CMD + SHFT + OPT + V) but instead use weird shortcut CMD + SHFT + R and...absolutely nothing happens… I can paste (CMD+V) but cannot paste to replace in Figma any way - is this a bug?

Why can’t i access my old files on figma? It keeps showing me access not granted and for some others it is showing me this is an unassigned draft file, ask admin to move it into a different project, but i am the admin and the only one who has access to the project. How do fix this ?

At some unspecified moment, Figma either duplicates variables or restores them from previous versions. Hello the community.I have a problem on a button I would like have a click navigate to a frame 1 and a mouse down with delay (long press) interaction navigate to a frame 2.Independendly they do the job but when I have it together only the mouse down work. Anyone have the answer?

I have several issues with my library and as I don’t expect any solutions here I wanted to drop them as I see forums flooded with issues concerning libraries and components – so I hope this raises awareness for these problems at Figma.I tried to hide components from publishing – this is only working for some and for others not for no comprehensible reason (yes, I checked if all properties are used within the component as I know this can cause issues). The library does NOT deflect the structure I have in the source file, e.g. naming conventions of pages or on which page components are sitting  Random updates: I update the library and 2 seconds later it shows me again that there are updates for changes I allegedly made minutes or even hours ago, in the source file as well as in the files I added the library to – feels just very buggy When I add new components I am sometimes not offered to update the library. I experience these behaviours for weeks now and I’m slowly sick of it. I encountered an issue that the prototype always resets the scroll position when navigating to a different page even though I had unchecked that setting. The weird thing is that after the 1st click, this issue didn’t happen again when I was navigating in between pages. 

I have a problem where some external people are unable to view the Figma Present files, and some can. I have created my document and choose ‘present’: I then choose ‘share presentation’ and have selected ‘ANYONE’ can view without password… I have tested this locally on various machines, and various browsers and it works fine. I have also tested in incognito mode - again works fine for me… However, various recipients are seeing the following error, saying the page can not be found: Any ideas how to solve this problem? It’s rather embarresing and frustrating when sharing a pitch deck that is a lottery on who can see it.
